💔 Sally Needs a Foster – Can You Help? 💔
This is Sally, a 1.5-year-old Boxer mix whose sweet face says it all—she’s absolutely terrified in her boarding kennel. A few months ago, we sponsored Sally’s spay and shared her story, hoping to find her a foster. Sadly, no one stepped up. She had no choice but to return to the unfortunate situation she came from.
Last weekend, fellow rescuers were able to save Sally and three other dogs, getting them out of the cold and into boarding. While they are now safe, the experience has been especially hard on Sally. She’s petrified, shut down, and desperately needs a quiet, loving space where she can decompress.
👉Dog-friendly with proper introductions (she came from a property with dozens of dogs).
👉Cats are unknown. There were cats on the property but they did not comingle with the dogs.
👉Not leash-trained yet—this is new and scary for her—so a fenced yard is ideal.
Sally is longing for a foster who will be patient and kind, helping her adjust to life as a loved companion. Boarding is not where she belongs—she needs a safe place to begin her journey to healing.

Inca (aka World’s Best Dog) has been enjoying the comfort of foster care for one week now. Age: approximately 16-17 weeks
Loves: belly rubs, cuddles, giving kisses, playing with anything
This girl is so trusting she snoozes on her back much of the time. She frequently shows her cute belly, stopping in the middle of playtime for belly rubs.
Favorite toys: cardboard boxes, squeaky/plushie
She has an adorable howling yawn when she wakes up and will tell you she's hungry, needs to potty, or wants to play. She'd love a fenced yard because she adores to run and play, but she'll be happy wherever you are. She loves other dogs and craves companionship, so someone with another friendly, happy-go-lucky dog would be ideal. She recently spent the weekend with two Labrador retrievers and two cats. She was fine with the cats (mostly shied away from them) and loved the dogs.
She's easygoing and will follow you anywhere. She very much wants to please her people and is quick learner and quite trainable.
Other important info: Potty training is going well. Harley and her sister Penny sleep through the night (9 hours) without accidents. Her schedule is pretty regular and accidents are extremely rare. According to online puppy weight predictors, Harley is likely to be a medium-sized dog (42-52 pounds).
Finally, she has the prettiest markings of any black and white puppy we've ever seen, and she has a sweet, jolly, accommodating nature. Harley is the best pup!
