So familiar. Such a disgusting death trap of a place.

Been two years since a lying surgeon from Blue Pearl, Franklin, Tn killed our dog. Promised to make his life better ONLY TO FRY HIS LIVER WITH PROLONGED SURGERY AND ANESTHESIA, GIVING HIM A DEATH SENTENCE. They also, basically, took 12 thousand dollars in the process. Chief Surgeon says, after our BOY WAS DEAD, "LOOKING BACK, SURGERY SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDED IN THIS CASE". No s**t? NO APOLOGY, NO CONSIDERATION, NO REFUNDS. Tennessee Department of Commerce sent Blue Pearl and inquiry...BLUE PEARL IGNORED IT, so...CASE CLOSED. Agency has ZERO INFORCEMENT POWER. WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY. Tennessee Dept of Health investigator response? "Well, YOU SIGNED FORM BEFORE TREATMENT SAYING ANYTHING MIGHT HAPPEN SO"..translation..YOU ARE SCREWED. BLUE PEARL CORPORATE ALSO COULD CARE LESS. RAN SHOTTY INVESTIGATION....NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. Here's hoping that the "investigator, one day, takes grandma to the doctor, signs the same kind of form and has the same attitude when grandma suffers from malpractice. "WELL, YOU SIGNED THE FORM"... PRAYING EVERYDAY, THE SURGEON also SUFFERS and faces to same fate at hands of incompetent people. We would expect doctors who screw up to admit their mistakes. Companies to acknowledge they overcharged you when THEY SCREWED UP. NOT BLUE PEARL...PROTECT THE MONEY, ADMIT NOTHING.
