A 501(c)3 nonprofit in Palm City, FL animal rescue. WE ARE ALWAYS IN NEED OF FOSTERS AND MONETARY DONATIONS!
Nala was a life long companion and friend whose brave fight against bone cancer inspired me to re-name my rescue in honor of her. Nala's New Life Rescue has been saving dogs for years who have no other hope. We have a true "no kill policy" and save dogs who need rescued regardless of age, breed or health issues. We specialize in saving unwanted dogs (and cats) from kill shelters all over Florida w
ho otherwise would be euthanized or gassed, Nala's New Life Rescue pays to pull the dogs to safety, cover all medical and transportation expenses and provides a safe foster home or boarding facility until a foster or forever home is approved. All of our animals have a full veterinary examination, vaccinations and are spayed or neutered. We care for them until they are emotionally and or physically healed or a home becomes available. Nala’s New Life Rescue has saved and placed over 150 dogs in new homes in 2016. Nala's New Life Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Our van is finally repaired and ready to get back on the road. We are sending our driver next weekend to New Jersey to retrieve it. So, we had an idea! You see, the cat overpopulation in shelters around here is desperate. Each cat we can get adopted up North is a safe and happy cat, and it buys time for those who are still waiting. Instead of flying to New Jersey, we are renting a minivan one way, loading it to its maximum capacity, and bringing those cats to a cat rescue partners in MA. Then we’ll go retrieve our van, and drive it back home. We are working on putting everything together right now. As usual, these transports require quite a bit of planning, but we wanted to say thank you again for all the donations for the van. We are happy to honor those donations by saving all these kitties on the first trip.

Update: Sunday June 22nd
We are happy to report that Nala is now in most likely her forever home. We decided to go for a foster to adopt option since the family’s Shih Tzu Gizmo, adopted from Nala’s rescue in 2022 has always been an only dog. The meets and greets were perfect and it is all going well so far, but we want to leave a little time to these two fur babies to decide if they are happy together. So far so good! Both are 4 years old, both Shih Tzus and their family is so loving, patient and caring. We’ll keep everyone posted but we are no longer taking new applications for Nala.
Meet Nala! She was surrendered Friday by her owners who had her since she was 7 weeks old. No comments about that, we don’t know the circumstances. But she was well treated, had good food and proper vet care. Nala is 4 years old, 13 lbs. Sweet as sweet can be, gets along with other dogs, loves toys and treats and already super cuddly. She walks great on a leash , we do not see anything wrong with her
This darling girl is available for adoption. To get started, Apply on the website at www.nalasrescue.org
Please share, let’s find her a real forever family
We are located in Stuart, Fl and adopt only locally

Meet Daisy, a 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart as big as her journey.
Born on Great Harbour Cay in the Bahamas, Daisy’s early life was anything but easy. Without a home or family, she spent her days outside a small corner grocery store, surviving on scraps and the occasional kindness of a passerby. At one point, she was even shot—yet her spirit never wavered. Thankfully, a compassionate couple running a local spay/neuter program stepped in, got her medical care, and changed the course of her life.
Six months ago, Daisy caught the eye—and heart—of a visiting family who refused to leave her behind. They reached out to us at Nala’s New Life Rescue, and with their help, Daisy boarded a private plane and flew into North County Airport, bound for a new beginning.
As expected, Daisy was heartworm positive, but with treatment, love, and the gentle care of one of our volunteers, she’s now healthy and thriving. She’s housebroken, knows her basic commands, and is as sweet as they come. Daisy adores people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would love a home with a fenced yard and an active companion to match her playful energy.
This brave and beautiful girl has waited a long time to belong. Please share Daisy’s story and help us make her dream of a forever home come true.
If you would like to become Daisy's forever family, please apply on our website at www.nalasrescue.org

Brooke was rescued from Okeechobee Animal Control by Nalas and transported to NH. We are thrilled to be part of her journey to find her forever home and we wish Brooke and her new family years of happiness.

Nala's New Life Rescue would like to introduce these lovable puppies, Simba and Milo! They are 8-week-old male Lab mixes, and they love to be loved. They are neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Their mother is a Black Lab mix, and they are wonderful with kids and other dogs. Milo and Simba will make excellent family pets. In a perfect world, they would love to be adopted and grow up together, but we are looking for loving, responsible forever homes for these precious boys.
If you would like to make one of these adorable puppies part of your family, please apply on our website at www.nalasrescue.org

Congratulations to Diamond (pictured in front) on her adoption! This sweet girl was one of the many heartworm positive dogs at Okeechobee Animal Control who Nala's receives a plea to help. Diamond was one of the lucky ones as Nala's brought her to our ranch and she started on her long journey going thru heartworm treatment. Her world changed one day when Angie and her husband came to meet Diamond and decided to foster her. It is so much better for the dogs who need to go thru the painful injections to recover in a home. Nine months later, we just received the good news that Diamond is now heartworm negative! Many thanks to Angie and Andy for taking great care of Diamond while she went thru the treatment and now they officially adopted Diamond. We wish Diamond and her new family many years of happiness.

Update: YOU DID IT! A gigantic Thank You to our friends here who donated . The new system has been installed end of afternoon and is running, NICE AND COOL- see the pics below
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH
The dogs at Nala's New Life Rescue need your help. The A/C splitter in one of our dog houses stopped working, and it was confirmed today that we need a new splitter. These AC systems in our houses have been there for years and they work hard because they run 24/7 to keep the dogs cool. We buy the splitters wholesale to save money and we need to raise 1,600 to purchase the splitter and have it installed tomorrow so the dogs can have air conditioning. It is so hot right now! Any donations are tax deductible and thank you in advance to anyone who can donate.
Donations are gratefully accepted on our website at www.nalasrescue or on Facebookupdate

Barney is an adorable male pocket Pitbull mix who is hoping to find his forever home. He was found by a good samaritan, (who is a friend of Nala's rescue) in the middle of nowhere abandoned, starved and injured. After being taken to All Creatures Animal Hospital, it was determined his injuries only required stitches. He is 2 years old and weighs 35 pounds. Barney is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. Barney has been recovering from starvation and is now a happy, healthy boy who is excited about finding a home of his own.

This lucky boy was just rescued 2 weeks ago by Nala's from Okeechobee Animal Control, he was transported to NH and adopted right away. We all wish Sammie many years of happiness with his new family and we continue to be extremely grateful to Darbster for taking many of the Okeechobee dogs.

We are thankful to Jeff, Jennifer and their daughters for allowing George to join their family. And he has a sister dog, Ellie who was adopted from Nala's 6 years ago. George is so happy and we know he will have a wonderful life with his new family.

Congratulations to Stella on her adoption! This sweet little girl was rescued by Nala's when her owner passed away. She now has a forever home with Ryder, a Nala's alumni who is now 10 years old. Many thanks to Mike and Sara and their boys for welcoming Stella into their home. It takes special people to adopt a senior dog and we would like to thank everyone who applied for Stella and to her foster mom Sharon. We wish Stella, Ryder and her new family years of fun and happiness.

Adoption Process and fees
When you first contact us to adopt a dog, you will be asked to fill out and submit an application on our website at nalasrescue.org/adoption-application
The application will be reviewed by the members of our adoption committee to ensure that the family will be able to match the dog or cat’s needs, and that we can move forward to a safe and happy adoption. The first thing we do after receiving an application is to check vet references (if available) and personal references (if there is no vet reference).
If the references check out, you will be contacted for a meet and greet with the dog or cat you applied for. Please come with an open mind. You might meet more dogs and cats, and who knows where the perfect connection will be?
If the meet and greet goes well, we then conduct a home visit with all your household members, humans and pets, and if the home visit goes well, we’ll be ready to finalize the adoption.
Adoption fees for most dogs is $150.00 and for cats is $60.00. For puppies, some small breeds and some purebreds, the fee is $350. Some exceptions may apply for hard-to-place animals. Ask us, please. A donation on top of the adoption fee is always appreciated if you can as adoption fees do not cover the cost of vetting and caring for our dogs until adoption.
The adoption contract states that if for any reason, you cannot care for your adopted pet anymore, you are to contact us and organize return to our organization. Adopted pets may not be re-homed without Nala’s Rescue’s approval.
