It is so nice to be able to show you my latest drawing after spending most of this year nursing a broken wrist, having physiotherapy, then having an operation on my ring finger (33 stitches) then more physio, both on my drawing hand! I have had the best client who has been so very patient with me as the drawing was started early last November for last Christmas but sadly was not finished because of my fall 2 weeks before Christmas!! Anyway, I am back at the drawing board and ready to get my pencils working again... Please see below the drawing process of the beautiful Max & Maple

Luminiere was rescued from the streets in a terrible condition. With lots of love and patience from his owners, I have seen him blossom into the most beautiful and contented cat

So sad to hear the news that my sons cat 'Mufasa' had passed away, he was a beautiful cat with so much character and lots of love to give, he will be very sadly missed.....

Used 4B,2B and HB pencils to draw in her nose then carried on with the muzzle in 2B but will over draw with a 4B to make it darker......

Using 2H and HB pencils I shade in the white area of the face..................

with the nose drawn in I move onto the muzzle area, but wont draw the black whiskers in until it is finished...................
