This morning we have welcomed 7 year old Eliza to the PARH Family. We have Eliza in a temporary placement currently but looking to move her into a indoor/outdoor foster home as soon as possible.
Eliza has some vet work needed. Our most urgent attention is to get her ear infections / sore ears sorted.

Maggie our sweet and smart Kelpie x Heeler girl is ready to pounce into her forever home.
Maggie is 12 weeks old (DOB 29/4/2024) and full of life, love and snuggles. This girl would suit most households who are looking for a devoted and smart doggy family member.
Maggie is in a foster home with an older dog, cats and a primary school aged child. Maggie has some good foundation skills - crate trained for night sleeping, well on her way to being toilet trained, can sit and wait for her meals.
Maggie is flea and worm treated, microchipped and is having her booster vaccination and being desexed early next week. Maggie will then be ready to head to her new home from 2 August.

Today Dusty was formally adopted after a successful foster to adopt arrangement. He has joined another PARH Adoptee - Daisy and they absolutely adore each other.
Dusty spent an extended time in the pound as we struggled to find him a care option.

Buddy & Zipper 🥰🥰 our water obsessed, head booping, nose to nose kissing super affectionate boys are still looking for homes.
We really can't understand how these two teenage boys are still in our care.
They have the biggest purrs and more than happy to be carried around like babies.

Murphy found his way into our care from the pound so we don't know this boy's breeding or history.
We think Murphy is a Pointer x Greyhound or Staghound. He is estimated to be around 2 years 1 month old.
What we do know - Murphy loves to run, a big back yard is a must, walks on a lead quite well but when excited can pull a little!
Foster carers are still working on his recall. Murphy won’t run away, he just runs laps and will come back when he has finished his zoomies. He will sit on command.
Personality wise Murphy is reserved to start with, but quite a cheeky and has a fun personality once he warms up to you!
So far Murphy has been good with the chooks and cats never chased them, he only run past them with his zoomies. Not so confident with large animals will stand back and bark but hasn’t tried anything else with them.
Murphy has been flea and worm treated, vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. His adoption fee is $600.

Our beautiful Smiggle Cat is currently missing. She moved to a new foster placement a week ago and yesterday she ran out a door and is now missing. Smiggle is an indoor girl and has no outside awareness and safety skills so we are worried about her. Smiggle will be feeling scared so no doubt will be elusive and hiding. Smiggle last seen in the main street of Natimuk. She is desexed, microchipped to Phoenix and registered with HRCC. Please message us if you see Smiggle. Smiggle's foster carers are trying to locate her and are worried too.
Puffin and Pepper are still waiting to find their forever homes. They both require quieter homes as neither are the bravest souls. In a quieter home both Puffin and Pepper are playful and affectionate. Puffin the tabby and white girl with the floofy tail loves a smooch and pat but is not a full on demanding kitten. Puffin would suit a quieter home as she will take a little while to settle in. This girl has a beautiful quiet and gentle nature. Puffin's DOB 10/10/2023 and she is a domestic medium hair girl. Our kittens at Petstock are super keen to find homes.
Big day for our pups Jax, Levi, Buzz and Denvah as they had their first vet clinic visit. Today they had their first vaccinations and were microchipped. They were good pups for the visit - no bodily functions occurred on the floor 😅.
Meeka went to the vets today for a check up, vaccination and microchipping. As a pup it can be a bit boring waiting in the consult room. Meeka decided to checkout the room, have a cuddle and entertain herself.
Miso was very involved in tonights match. 😅 Who do you think he was cheering on ?
Our new pups have arrived in care. Advised they are 5 month old Lab x Border Collie, but look more like kelpie x border collie at this stage. They are underweight only weighing 7.7kg. They are tucked up safely with food and have been flea and worm treated. We need name suggestions for these two boys. One is very chatty so maybe something that reflects his chatty nature.
