Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing okay. Mum tells me that today, where we are (New Zealand), it’s my birthday and that I’m now 11 years old! I’m sure that Mum will spoil me rotten today but she generally does anyway, hehe.

I brought Mum a “snack” about an hour ago. I don’t think she appreciated it though...
Here I am enjoying the late winter sun! Well, it’s winter where I am...
It’s not very nice where Mum and I are so she went back to bed for a little bit, to sleep. I curled up beside her. When she got out of bed, Mum put her hot water bottle beside me so I’m still nice and warm in her bed 😻

Hi everyone! How are you doing? Yesterday, Mum and I moved to a new house! So far, I’ve only explored Mum’s new bedroom but she’s keeping a close eye on me which is nice. She took this photo of me on her bed sometime yesterday afternoon.

Anyway, Mum tells me that today, she rules because it’s her birthday. Well, in New Zealand it is! I think she might be having a 🍺 or six. I’ll let her away with that today because tomorrow, it’s back to “Freddie rules!”

Mum is back! I’m busy licking her fingers, hehe. However, she is not well so I’m sticking close by to make sure she gets better soon. I don’t think she likes being unwell so close to the New Year too!
Mum has loved me and left me for a few days - she’s gone back to her home town for a few days for Christmas. I am in good hands though but I’ll be all over Mum when she gets back on the 29th!
Today is my birthday! Well, in New Zealand, it is! Mum tells me that I’m now 10 years old! I woke her up about five hours ago when I vomited on her bed but afterwards, I curled up close to Mum’s face. I curled up on a bunch of her university notes but I don’t know if she still needs them or not!

Mum received an online order about an hour ago and that’s how long I’ve been in the box! Don’t I look beautiful?
I’m happy that Mum is home from work!
This is where I’ve been sleeping since Monday! Mum helped her flatmate clean out the garage and they came across this pet bed. Mum wasn’t sure if I would use it but she took it anyway.
And I love it! There’s not much room in it when I sleep in the bed but I’m happy and that’s the main thing, right?
It’s winter where Mum and I are and this is where I like sleeping if Mum is at home - in her bed! At night I snuggle right up next to Mum in bed so we are both very toasty!
I don’t like it when it’s really cold in the morning though...
I got my first ever piece of mail today! It had my full name on it and everything! Whatever it is already has had my sniff and rub of approval - but Mum has told me that I probably won’t like what’s inside but it’ll be good for me.
We shall wait and see.

I’ve been keeping kind of a close eye on Mum over the past few days, given what happened where we live last Friday. Tonight, I’m being her study buddy!
I have no idea what she’s saying though...because she’s practicing her Japanese. I hope she knows what she’s saying!
Mum is sick with a cold, which meant she didn’t work yesterday, didn’t go to university today and won’t be going to university tomorrow either. She did venture out to get something to eat and what did I do?
Licked the rest of her shaved ham before helping myself to it! What can I say? I love ham!
Mum didn’t want to ruin the label on this box of goodies in order to open it this morning but she had to. It’s Mum’s birthday today so she told me that today, she rules. Tomorrow, it’s back to I rule again.

Happy New Year everyone! Today, I ventured outside for the first time since Mum and I moved to our current place! So far, I’ve been enjoying it!
I’m very proud of myself because I vomited on Mum’s bedsheets at 4am this morning which meant Mum had to wash them!
And now I’m not letting her finish remaking her bed!
I may spend most of my time indoors now but that still doesn’t mean I can’t not look beautiful for all the boys, right?

Mum is sick at the moment and this is a very rare occasion indeed - me actually sitting on her! Mum is feeling better than what she was on Wednesday, apart from her voice which sounds different but that will come right in due course.
And moments after this pic was taken, I got off Mum but I am sleeping right beside her now :)
It’s Guy Fawkes Night where Mum and I are and people are letting off their fireworks. They sure are loud! But I am inside, thankfully, and Mum is reassuring me that I’ll be fine. She gave me a big cuddle. I like it when Mum does that.
I may have a fur coat but that doesn’t mean I don’t get cold! It’s not very nice where Mum and I are so she’s making sure I’m warm by wrapping a blanket around me.
I’m not letting Mum finish changing the sheets on her bed as yet. I have to try them out too!
I left a rather long hair ball on Mum’s bed while she was at work today. Luckily for me, it wasn’t on the cross stitch Mum is working on but on the list of colours she has to use for it!
Mum was doing some cross stitch in bed this morning and I decided to help her by sitting on the cross stitch pattern! It’s either that or I play with the thread as Mum is doing her thing.
