We, Dave and Christine Howe, believe that dogs, to include the high drive working canine, can become a happy, healthy, loving member of a human pack. We believe the establishment of a clear line of communication, proper socialization and leadership, structure, and environmental conditioning are the foundation for a healthy human-canine relationship. Our philosophy is founded on science-based training and comprehensive animal research.
As retired military officers with over 56 combined years of service to our nation, the foundations of our lives and our business are honesty, integrity, loyalty, and fairness. Our retirement from the military in 2012 presented the opportunity for a new challenge; since that time our path to Sharp K9s has been paved with hard work, determination, quality education, and solid mentorship. As certified trainers, we have the patience, education, experience to teach, and the essential handling and communication skills to help you achieve your goals.
