Some of our services include: pet sitting, dog walking, overnight visits, third party visits (hotels/motels/resorts/camps, etc.), private boarding, transportation and customized services to clients who live in the tri-town area of central Massachusett

s (Lee, Lenox, Stockbridge) and the surrounding area. We are fully insured, bonded, licensed, certified and have been background checked/verified. Our website: www.BerkshirePetPals.com provides all of the details of our business including our policies & procedures, rates and services, our forms and our customer portal for online scheduling, etc. We ask that clients who wish to e-mail us, please use our exclusive business email address: [email protected] and always put the name of your pet(s) in the subject line. We spend a lot of time on the road when we don't have boarders, so if you have an important or urgent matter, please text or call our cell phones. We will always respond promptly. ALL of our services are done BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We do not accept walk-ins or provide same day service for new clients. Extended hours may be available with prior approval and advance notice. Our In-Your-Home service hours: 8:00am-8:00pm Sunday thru Saturday. Our In-Our-Home services hours: 8:30am-5:30pm weekdays and 10:00am-4:00pm on weekends and holidays.

To all of my FB family & friends:

I have always had a hard time asking anyone for help, but I find myself in a difficult situation and need to swallow my pride.

I started my GoFundMe page to help raise money for medical and living expenses while I am unable to work and have no source of income or assistance. Unfortunately, I have depleted my life savings and have no other options. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Gram always said that, “You should never be afraid to ask for help! We all need a littlele help now and then.” She raised me to always help others when I could and I always have. Now it is my turn.

Since April of 2024, I have been unable to work due to multiple health issues that required immediate medical attention. Hospitalizations, chemotherapy treatments, and doctor appointments have been regular events.

I am truly grateful for all of the love and support I have received so far. Please note that I have only reached 29% of my goal, so I still need as much help as I can get.

I am hoping that those who are not able to contribute monetarily will consider sharing my page so that I can reach as many people as possible. Every little bit helps and is very much appreciated.

It is with sadness that I inform you of my decision to temporarily shut down my business while I undergo chemo treatments.

God willing, I hope to re-open in the spring/summer of 2025.

We service the tri-town area (Lee, Lenox, Stockbridge) and the immediate vicinity. We are fully insured, bonded, licensed, certified and have been background checked/verified via CORI in the state of Massachusetts on an annual basis. We will gladly provide references upon request. Our website: www.BerkshirePetPals.com provides all of the details of our business including our policies & procedures, rates and services, our forms and will soon feature our customer portal for online scheduling, etc. Please note that we do not offer discounts, as we feel that our rates are fair and reasonable for the quality of service that we provide. Due to the volume of emails and calls that we get on a daily basis, we ask that our clients use our designated email address: [email protected] for any correspondence. Text messages are the quickest and easiest way to reach us. All phone calls are directed to JC at: 413-243-3040.
