This wonderful father and son found and rescued a baby squirrel found on an engine block at a job site today and brought him in to the store. He is currently with a wonderful new foster mother 🤗

UPDATE. ADOPTION PENDING. I’m very excited to share that sweet Hooper has found a home! Still interested in adopting? Check out the FB pages of Precious Paws Rescue Alabama and Rebeccas Paws and Claws in Remlap or come visit us in store on March 2nd for our next adoption event

Hooper is a 2 year old purebred Labrador that was purchased by an older couple that just couldn’t keep up with him so he was surrendered to the rescue. He is the bestest boy and is good with other dogs, cats and children. He was evaluated for use as a therapy dog by a trainer and she thought he was an excellent candidate. He’s been to so many adoption events and seems to be overlooked in favor of the puppies and flashier dogs, he’s just a good old dependable black Lab.
Hoop is so incredibly sweet, has all his shots, is microchipped and neutered. He just so desperately wants to find his forever home ❤️
