I’m terribly sad, disheartened, disappointed, feeling hopeless.
A friend (from early childhood) needs 2 transplants. I was anticipating being ready after a 3 week recovery for her blood clot removal.
This has been a horrific journey for her. To jump thru one hospital’s (Gainesville shame on you) hoop to get on the list, I volunteered to take care of her thru the post surgery. Then she had a blood clot. They would not put her on the list until it was removed. She was referred to another hospial (Miami) thst after testing said they would do it if she was on a list. Since they also do transplants she went thru all the testing to be accepted. She was. Then she met with the blood clot team. All was good until they DECIDED to DENY her. Why?
She is single. They want someone with her now & forever. Family or friend.
Yep. I can see myself in this same pickle.
Prayers for my Friend & Sister in Christ, Sus. I love you Susan & I’m desperately trying to figure this out, God please help!
