What a big day! Cancer Survivor Event and Lemmon Holton & the annual WMTD Picnic! So many pets. So many treats. So many friends! Mom did a pretty good job her first go round throwing the picnic. She’s got big plans for next year now that she knows the drill! I was a lil overwhelmed by all the excitement but it was still fun to be out and about doing what we do!

I’ve been pretty choosy about my friends ever since my best friend Samson died but tonight I met Mr. Biscuit! He reminded me tons of my Samson and I could tell we were kindred spirits right away 🥰.

Being a part of WMTD is just the bestest thing in the world. Lots of opportunities ahead of me to make a difference just like my main man Sam. He taught me well. I do you proud Samson ... promise! 💙

Getting some hospital practice so I can hopefully pick up where Samson left off someday! Big paws to fill at the children’s hospital but Mary Free Bed sure is a nice place to start! Mom says I did real good! 💙

These two sweet souls were reunited today. While my heart is shattered and shocked right now, I sit here imagining Samson running into the arms of his favorite boy and an internal smile sweeps over me.

Samson, you were an Angel straight from Heaven for us from the moment we met you. You were the something soft we needed in very hard times. I have been thinking and thinking all day about words that will sum up everything you have meant to me... The words do not fit. They are not enough. All I can say in this moment is that I miss you. I was not ready. This is not fair. You deserved more. You were the Ultimate Difference Maker and I'm sure David is telling you right now how proud he is of you. Stick with him now as you always did... greet me at heavens gate like you always did here on earth. With a smile and a tilt of your head. With unconditional love that melted away every fear, every sorrow, every sadness. I love you my best boy... I always will. 💙

It’s been a while since I’ve posted! As you can se we had a fantastic summer! Lots of relaxation and fun but now it’s time to get back in the swing of difference making! Lots of big stuff goin on! Super proud of my little bro Finnley for graduating from class, completing all his shadow visits, and becoming a certified therapy dog with WMTD! Super proud if my mom too... she’s been elected to the Board of Directors at WMTD! I’m not sure what that means exactly but she seems happy about it 😋. And let’s not leav me out... I hate to toot my own horn but.... I get to ge a part of the brand new courthouse program! Making a difference with kids and vulnerable adults that need to testify about hard things that have happened to them. I’m super excited about being able to comfort humans going through stressful stuff like that. Mom says I have a gift for it💙. Well... looks like we’ll have to change the name of my page here! Don’t want to leave Finnley out! He’s gonna do great things too!

Super proud of Mom and my “lil” bro Finnley! They passed classes with flying colors and Finn is just three shadow visits away from joining me in making a difference one wag at a time! I’m sure not ready to hand over the torch to the “lil” guy any time soon but I’m real happy to have him join the ranks! Love you Finnley! Let’s go make a difference 💙
