Hi my name is Courtney Haines. I have been a Ponca city resident for 12 years. I’m starting a non profit organization, Kay county animal rescue. My mission is to rescue, protect and advocate for all animals in need. It’s my vision to build a facility large enough to eliminate the need for kill shelters in the Kay county area. The first step of starting this Journey is filing for a 501(c)(3). My goal is to raise $600 to file using legal zoom services. I’m organizing a fundraiser to help me reach my goal.
