Humphrey needed a TPLO procedure to help stabilize his knee joint. Very similar to humans, dogs commonly suffer from injuries to the ligaments (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) and the cartilage (Meniscus) within the knee. Once these tissues are damaged, the knee becomes unstable and this leads to the development of swelling (effusion) within the joint. Overtime, arthritis will form, so not only will mobility be affected but the condition is painful.

Dr. Robinson visited North Bend Animal Clinic to complete this procedure, and we are grateful for having the opportunity to participate in his care. We are wishing Humphrey a speedy recovery! 🐾❤️🎉

Dr. Robinson met Lola at Ally Pet Medical Center, and performed a surgical revision of her previous declaw procedure. Lola's owners adopted her a few years ago and found that she was developing infections in her toes. Her veterinarian took some x-rays to investigate things further and it was determined that a revision of her declaw procedure was needed. Dr. Robinson was happy to assist to reduce the risk of continued infections and to alleviate her discomfort.

**Please note, we understand declawing is a controversial procedure. Ally Pet Medical Center did not perform the original surgery, and we appreciate the opportunity to participate in Lola's care. We want to focus our positive energy on Lola's recovery! 💜🐾😽🥰

Sometimes, you just happen to be at the right place at the right time, and that was the case for Jac! While Dr. Robinson & Molly were at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital, Jac came in for evaluation and was diagnosed with a fracture of the right hind leg.

Team Seattle returned the very next day to repair the injury; just look at that beautiful transformation! We are wishing Jac a smooth and speedy recovery 💜🐾😽

Thank you for the team at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital. We always appreciate the opportunity to participate in the care of your patients!

🚨 NEW PARTNER ALERT! 🚨

Dr. Robinson & Molly were invited into Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center for the first time recently, and they were grateful for the opportunity to assist this handsome kitty. Yuri picked the perfect house to wander up too, because his rescuers realized he had a bump on his back right leg and sought veterinary care.

An x-ray revealed Yuri had actually suffered a fracture to his right femur 😯, and surgery was needed to repair the injury. This was the first surgery Team Seattle performed at Cats Exclusive Veterinary Center, and Dr. Elliot, Dr. Mahoney, Andi (LVT), Christine (LVT) and Jessica (CSR) were amazing!! We are wishing Yuri a smooth and speedy recovery 💜🐾😽

Thank you for inviting MOVES into your hospital, and for giving Dr. Robinson the opportunity to participate in the care of your patients! We look forward to collaborating again in the near future!

We always enjoy having the opportunity to partner with the Seattle Animal Shelter, and this time was no different. Walter was not only a handsome face, but he was super sweet and purred throughout his entire ordeal.

Unfortunately, Walter suffered a fracture to his right hind leg and needed a Femoral Head & Neck Osteotomy (FHO). Dr. Robinson and Molly were happy to help 💜🐾😽 This procedure will allow Walter to be pain-free, so he can focus on enjoying his new home!

Thank you for allowing MOVES the opportunity to participate in the care of your patients. We are wishing Walter and smooth and speedy recovery!

Ladies & Gentlemen, allow us to introduce this beautiful girl, Islay 🐶💜🐾🥰

Very similar to humans, dogs commonly suffer from injuries to the ligaments (Cranial Cruciate Ligament) and the cartilage (Meniscus) within the knee. Once these tissues are damaged, the knee becomes unstable and this leads to the development of swelling (effusion) within the joint. Overtime, arthritis will form, so not only will mobility be affected but the condition is painful. Unfortunately, this happened to Islay and she needed a TPLO procedure to help stabilize her knee.

Dr. Robinson and Molly visited Sunset Hill Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center to complete this procedure, and we are grateful for having the opportunity to participate in Islay's care. We are wishing her a speedy recovery! 🐾❤️🎉

Don't let this face fool you, Brady was none the wiser as he recovered from surgery and we couldn't resist snapping this photo! This handsome boy recovered with delicious snacks and many pets.🐾❤️

Dr. Robinson and Molly visited Sunset Hill Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center to perform a toe amputation and lymph node removal on Brady. These samples will be submitted to a lab for further investigation, but we are sending him positive thoughts and a speedy recovery.

We appreciate having been given the opportunity to participate in Brady's care, and we are wishing him a speedy recovery!

Dr. Robinson and Molly were back at Sunset Hill Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center to see this week girl, Roxy. 🐾❤️

Roxy suffered from a cancerous tumor on one of her a**l glands (Apocrine Gland A**l Sac Adenocarcinoma) and had an a**l sacculectomy performed to remove the entire gland and mass. With the mass now removed, Roxy will be much more comfortable during her daily activities.

We appreciate having been given the opportunity to participate in Roxy's care, and we are wishing her a speedy recovery!

Dr. Robinson and Molly always enjoy visiting Martha Lake Veterinary Clinic, and this time they had the pleasure of meeting this cutie, Kimber. 🐾❤️

Kimber suffered from a Medial Patellar Luxation on her left knee. This is a condition where the kneecap moves out of its natural position. If left untreated, the movement from the kneecap could predispose to the development of arthritis and can lead to mobility issues. This sweet girl will feel so much better now, and we are wishing her a speedy recovery.

Martha Lake Veterinary Clinic was Team Seattle's very first partner clinic, and we are so grateful for their partnership! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to care for your patients! 🎉

Allow us to introduce this sweet girl, India. You would never know it, but she is 17 years young ❤️🐾😻and belongs to a wonderful technician at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital.

India recently received I-131 treatment (radioactive iodine) for her hyperthyroidism, and during a routine recheck a bladder mass and thickened intestines were identified.

Dr. Robinson was contacted and was able to perform surgery to remove the bladder mass and biopsy her intestines. We are wishing this beautiful girl a speedy recovery, and appreciate having been giving the opportunity to participate in her care.

Dr. Robinson and Molly met Bruce at the Seattle Humane Society. Bruce suffers from a condition called Pectus Excavatum.

VetMed Fact 📚: Pectus Excavatum causes a malformation of the sternum and costal cartilages (connecting tissues attaching the ribs to the sternum), which results in a narrowing, irregularly flat or misshapen chest.

Dr. Robinson was able to place an external splint to help correct the abnormality. The splint pulls the sternum into a more normal position, and as he grows, the bones of the rib cage become more rigid.

We are happy to report just a few days after surgery, Bruce is doing great! ❤️🐾
