Did you know that dogs have NO NUTRITIONAL REQUIREMENTS for carbohydrates? While they may have evolved some ABILITY to digest carbs, they haven't evolved a REQUIREMENT for them. Carbs can actually cause a variety of health problems in dogs.

Cats are indeed true carnivores. Their nutritional needs are met by consuming other small animals such as birds, mice, fish and reptiles. Cats have a higher protein requirement than many other mammals. 🦁🐯🐱
