hello, Seen a ginger and white cat near the sth Gundy maccas yesterday morning, and then this morning it was sth of the silvas Gap Road, sth of the hill where the hwy patrol car Sits. it was on the sth bnd side. has traveled a fair way in 24 hrs. I am just a truck driver, but anyways if you have heard anything about someone who has lost said cat. it may need to be rescued before it gets hurt 🤕. strays don't normally travel that far unless they are heading home. good luck

This is Garp. He went on a trip with his mum and dad to Geelong from Sanctuary Point. Everyone but Garp has returned home and they don't know at which point he escaped his carrier and left the car during their various rest stops. (because he's so well behaved in the car and usually just sleeps) Gundagai and Yass were two points. He is chipped, desexed & council rego'd and usually an indoor cat with minimal outdoor time. Driving along the Hume Hwy and noticed a deceased large brown & white dog on side of Highway past the Murrumbidgee Bridge in the direction of Yass. Unable to stop to identify animal as towing a caravan with a large truck behind us. Always a sad sight to see 😢

Gundagai residents please keep an eye out for this boy. His name is Ollie. He escaped his carrier while his owner was at the Dog on the Tuckerbox. If found, please either message the page or take him to the vets so he can be reunited with his owner.
Update: No one has come forward to claim. Due to where she was found she comes under the jurisdiction of Junee Council and will be impounded on Monday at the local Junee Pound.
Finder has stated that she is a sweet girl and has a lovely temperment, so if you're looking to adopt, you know where to apply :)
