We happen to feel that’s true and frankly Leo also has a lot to offer you too! Leo is an introvert looking for his best friend! He loves structure and would love a relationship with his human that constantly wants to teach him new things and be active with him. Hey Leo is even a professional napper when all the cool stuff is all done! His favorites are playing fetch which he learned that skill in a day! He’s crate trained, great on a leash, super smart, loving and gorgeous! Need a running buddy? Got a large yard? Need a walking buddy? Good great at all these things too! He’s got so much to offer and been overlooked so long. He deserves a chance!! Leo needs a hero!

It is with the greatest amount of sadness we announce the passing of our big happy boy, Kane.

For all of you who supported this amazing boy, and his journey, through being given back to the rescue after 4 years, to being taken off all meds, to training and being worked with, to finally being back to his old self, we thank you! 🙏🏼

Kane had been back with us for 7 glorious months. He was his happy funny self. He loved his foster family so much and we truly believe he passed away in the very home he always wished he could stay furever in.

We will not be sharing the details of his passing due to the nature of things, and in order to protect all who loved him fiercely. His foster parents tried to save him but by the time they got him to the ER, he was gone. He was at home, eating dinner, going potty, playing with his buds one minute, and the next he was just gone.

This is by far, the saddest day our rescue has ever seen. We are GUTTED that Kane is gone….

Please hug your furry kids tighter. Say a little prayer for Kanes foster parents, who are riddled with grief, and thank you for sharing your hearts with the happiest pibble on earth 🌍

Meet Leo!! 💙

Leo is an introvert looking for his best friend. He loves structure and would love a relationship with his human that constantly wants to teach him new things. Someone active? He would make a great running buddy or someone to play fetch with! He learned fetch and bring it back in one day! He loves car rides. He looks out the window and lays down quietly for a nap when he’s done with all the cool things. He has never met a stranger and loves to greet people on his walks. Playing and running are his favorites so he definitely needs a human with a love for the outdoors or adventure would make his dreams come true but honestly Leo would be happy with love for now and a good home to call his own!
