Hey everyone! Hope everyone affected by Helene are doing well and are safe!

At VT2U, we all love continual client education. Everything we learn isn't meant to be a secret or to make things complicated. We want to make sure everyone feels comfortable asking questions and feel open to voice their opinions and concerns.

As a concierge medical business, we help take as much stress away by coming to your home. However, sometimes in clinic medical care is still necessary.

Happy Labor Day! ☀️ Hope everyone is enjoying their day off and for the ones who are actively working, keep up the great work.

Speaking of keeping up the great work, I want to say thank you for the individuals who help make Vet Tech 2 U possible.

We are proud to say that from going from one tech to having the most amazing fellow vet techs and assistants contracting alongside Vet Tech 2 U has helped changed some things for the better in our local pet communities, bringing the medical aspect to each individual we come across. Happy Sunday!

Boundaries are important between both animals and humans. Some people may laugh and think this is too much but think about how safe everyone will be.

We have seen many times in a clinic setting how accidents can happen so quickly especially in ER.

Bites happen for variance reasons and avoiding to occur is best.

Just a couple of days ago we got to celebrate our dogs who are our friends, family members and our best companions.

Today we celebrate those who have shared their journey with us during moments of our lives that we couldn't have made it through without them.

They still speak to us in our hearts today and forever the best memories they were able to gift us.

Let us take a moment to remember our friends who may be gone physically but always present in spirit and vibe.

Happy National Dog Day!

This is just a handful of all the amazing dogs we get to interact including our own English bulldog mix, Lilith (she thinks she's the main character... she may just be) 💜🐾

Brachycephalic dogs, which have short, flat noses and elongated skulls (like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Shih Tzus), are at risk of heat-related issues because their anatomy makes it harder for them to cool down. They have less efficient respiratory systems and struggle with effective panting, which is their primary method of heat dissipation. In hot weather, they are more susceptible to overheating, heatstroke, and respiratory distress. To keep them safe, it's best to avoid walks during hot weather and ensure they stay cool with plenty of water and shade.
