It has been almost 5 months since my double hip surgery. And I can finally walk ALL the way to the ice cream shop (2.4km/1.5miles to and fro).

This morning I gave EVERYONE a shock by jumping on the sofa!

I have not been able to do this for the past 10 months since my hips started to hurt. Mom thought I would probably never be able to jump again, but I proved her wrong.

It has been 140 days since my double hip surgery. The daily 3.3km (2 miles) slow walks are finally paying off!!

Today I finally RAN!! And I RAN so fast Mom had a shock of her life! ๐ฑ
Mom unleashed me at the field thinking that Iโm a good boy. But I saw a pretty little white dog in a distance and I HAD to go make friends. If only Mom had 3 arms she would have taken video while running after me, trying to put the leash on my neck. Haha... it is so fun outwitting the humans!! ๐คช๐คช

I am one year old today! ๐
When I was born, I was the smallest puppy in the litter, but Mom says I was the sweetest baby and a smart kid, acing my obedience class at 3 months old.
Iโve always been a happy boy, and I love following my family everywhere they go. Despite being diagnosed with hip dysplasia and going through double hip surgery at 9 months old, I enjoy life to the fullest while being pampered by everyone at home!
Weโve been through tough times but Iโm glad our experience has helped to encourage others who are going through difficulties. My ambition is to be a therapy dog, to bring joy and comfort to the less fortunate children.
Thank you everyone, for your love over the past year. May 2018 be a fantastic year for everyone! Cheers! ๐
