🦄 I pride myself in being known as a patient, caring person who only wants the best for her clients - whether that's schooling in any stage of a horse’s journey or whilst teaching. I offer a wide range of services, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re looking for someone to help bring out the best in yourself or your horse to achieve your goals for 2025! 🦄

🐎 I also offer alternative lessons as well as riding. 🐎
Owning horses is not just about riding them but also knowing about:

- Different types of tack & how to fit it
- Parts of the horse (inc. bones and basic muscles)
- Common lameness/illnesses
- Basic groundwork (lunging/long-reining) and how to do it correctly
- And so much more!

🐴 I am qualified to BHS Stage 2 (Ride, Care, and Lunge) and currently training towards my BHS Stage 3 - I am happy to cover a more theory based lesson on any subjects covered in these assessments. I also have experience teaching Pony Club! 🐴

✨ Well hello 2025! What a wonderful year 2024 was, so many new faces and so much progress made - whatever will the future hold! ✨
🎉I have made a couple of New Year’s resolutions for myself… what about you? Whatever your goals are for 2025, I would be more than happy to help! 🎉

I will be running a pole clinic on 04/12 at Wirral Riding Centre - this will be open to anyone! Polework is a fantastic way to improve your horse’s suppleness and proprioception as well as helping the rider understand how to get the most out of your horse’s stride 🐎 Book now as places fill up quickly!

4th December from 5pm is our next pole clinic!
Pole work is beneficial for horse and rider to improve balance, coordination and fitness so these 45 minute session are just perfect to get booked on to!!
This is open to clients on our riding school horses and to outside clients on their own horses just book via the app!! Prices are £25 for the class and is in small groups of up to 4 people. Last time we did this it sold out so book early to avoid missing out!

What a gorgeous backdrop for teaching Bishy how to long rein ❤️🌅 As a polo pony, Bish doesn’t understand pressure like a more ‘classically’ schooled horse - this means teaching her something like long reining has to be done on her terms! Teaching Bish to respond to pressure she has never been taught before will be a long road, but adapting our method to match her a little better will hopefully make the transition a little easier for her!

A day of firsts for baby Bruno and a lovely trim for Mr Blue! Bruno is a lovely 2yr old who is learning the basics of manners and starting to understand different types of pressure as he grows (don’t worry, riding isn’t on the cards for a good while yet!) so that when he does eventually have a rider sit on, it’s with as minimal stress as possible 🦄 Blue has recently re-started his ridden career again and his owner wanted him to look smart while doing it 🎉 a lovely tidy up and switch of sides to show off his colouring is just what his owner asked for - and if I do say so myself he looks super smart! 🐎

Whether you’re looking to improve your riding to help you out competing or just a bit of help to enjoy your horse a little more, I am happy to teach riders of all ages (from 4 years old and above) and horses of all skill level to help you be the best pair you can be ❤️

Also happy to offer lessons on groundwork (lunging, long reining, in hand work) and more theory based sessions to help you understand your horse more from hoof to muzzle! 🦄 Never underestimate the power of understanding how your horse should be working underneath you in order to achieve the best result possible in the saddle 🐎

Whether it’s wanting to get your horse looking show ready or just to help neaten them up a bit I’m now offering grooming services and supplemental livery services for those extra busy times 📆

I’m also offering to practise what I preach by offering schooling services! I am a confident rider with knowledge of introducing lateral work to green horses and comfortable with working through some behavioural issues. Happy to offer work both in the arena and out hacking, whether it’s to aid in schooling or just to keep your horse ticking along I would be more than happy to help😁

Sophie and Domino taking lessons they’ve learned in the school to smash it while out and about! We’ve been working a lot on building the communication with this pair, and look at how well it’s paying off 🥰

Communication is key to building trust, without being able to understand your horse and how how they respond to certain situations. Never underestimate taking things right back to basics and working on that trust from the ground!

A huge congrats to Faye and Barney for their amazing score on their dressage test today! With only 3 minutes to warm up you should be proud of your performance 🙌🏻

Just last year Faye bought Barney after retiring from racing and at only 6 years old he’s taking everything in his stride - it’s a pleasure to work with you both and I look forward to seeing how far you both go! x
