ing domains cater for families, comprising large open Family Living Dining serviced by a stylish well-equipped stone kitchen, and a separate Rumpus for comfortable separation. Accommodating both couples and families with 2 crisp bathrooms (Master ensuite), 2 Queen beds, a double and single combined bunk and a quality sofa bed (can sleep 9). BBQ on the sun soaked deck in your private fully gated surrounds and revive in this perfect beach environment. Ample storage, split system A/C, fans and wood heater, external shower add further comfort. Outdoor pets welcome. Bedding Configuration

Close to Blairgowrie, Sorrento shops and cafes, Portsea Hotel and Red Hill for lunch at one of numerous wineries. House is fully equipped with 3 bed 2 bath, fenced for your dog and offers a front deck to relax with a BBQ. Coonara, gas ducted heating plus split systems cater for any weather the Peninsula throws at us. DM Sam for more info.
