Today is a day of double celebration! 🎉🎂 My beloved Sanctuary is turning 16, and I'm celebrating another year of life! 16 years of passion, dedication, and hard work.
I'm forever grateful to my dearest friends and volunteers Clara, Elisa, and Luke for making this day truly special and unforgettable, and for bringing so much joy and light to my Sanctuary family. But what makes today even sweeter is that they made not one, but two delicious vegan apple pies just for this special occasion! 🍰 Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my friends, for your love, time, and support. Your presence in our lives means the world to me and my rescued babies.

There's a depth to them that goes beyond words. Their eyes sparkle with a sincerity that's infectious, a love for life that's palpable. To many, they are just pigs but to those who take the time to understand, they reveal a beauty in simplicity, a purity of emotion that's hard to find elsewhere. They find joy in the smallest of things: the warmth of the sun on their skin, the vastness of a starry night, the vibrant hues of a sunset, the freshness of morning air, the sweetness of blooming flowers. But most of all, they find joy in the connections they make, in the gentle nuzzles, the soft grunts, and the loving gazes shared with their human friends. I could capture the shot of the shining sun – like the Universe was protecting this sacred moment! Felt like we weren't alone. My majestic giant, Spartacus, overflowing with love and personality. He's grown too big to fit in one frame, and honestly, even the both of us can't squeeze into one picture! 😂 His head alone is as massive as a grizzly bear's, a true gentle giant. 🐻🐷❤️ Cherishing every moment with my rescued family, where every snapshot is a treasure trove of memories.
Spartacus, my little Buddha, finds peace in watching the skies, especially during sunsets. Today, the clouds painted a masterpiece, a reminder of the beauty that surrounds us. Grateful for these angels in my life, teaching me about love, compassion, and the magic of everyday moments. 🌅💖🥹♥️🌹🪷💓🌸🦋✨💫💟

How wonderful my Dakota is! Boss lady of her pack, strong, balanced, calm, friendly and sweet. She is like a big cuddly pink teddy bear! When I'm feeling down, Dakota senses my emotions and wraps me in comfort with her gentle presence. She's more than just a pet - she's a true friend, family to me who knows exactly when I'm feeling blue. Here is my beautiful piggy girl enjoying her best life on a beautiful sunny September afternoon that still smells like summertime. She's happy, free, protected and much loved. 🐷💓🪷🌸🌹🌈🐻
