UPDATE: ADOPTED!
This is 8 year old sweet Daisy. Her owner passed away and none of the family wanted her. She is in shock and she's confused and sad. She is accepting and enjoying gentle affection, so I believe she will be a very loving cat once she feels safe again. She has never been around other cats or dogs. She's in the condos at Petsmart Massaponax in Cosners Corner. If you're interested in giving her a home please fill out an application and send it to us on messenger or at 540-419-9355. Applications can be found on the door of the cat room at Petsmart, or you can go to our website and submit an application there. Please share her story so we can find the best home for her as soon as possible.

This Senior beauty arrived at her shelter after her mother passed away. Her feline companion, her brother, sadly passed away as well, and she now finds herself in an unfamiliar environment with no family. We believe she is hearing impaired, and she does seem to have chronic rhinitis, which is not something that would spread to another cat. Her name was Uglie, which obviously she is not, and we have renamed her Betty, aka, Ugly Betty. Please share, and if you would consider opening your home and your heart to a senior in need, please consider coming to meet/adopt Betty tomorrow between noon and four. Please remember, if hoping to adopt a cat, you will need a carrier.

Tomorrow, Tuesday December 3rd is and we are excited to see how much YOU can help us raise! $1, $5, $10 it doesn’t matter it all adds up! If each of our followers was to donate we could raise an insane amount that would go directly to helping animals in the local community. Each year we rescue, fully vet, and adopt out hundreds of animals from our local area in to loving forever homes. In 2024 we have saved the lives of 200+ cats, 15+ dogs, and several other small critters such as the 29 rats we currently have in our care! None of this would be possible without donations from you all! Our goal for this year is $3,000 but how awesome would it be for us to double or even triple our goal?!

Come on out and meet Kiki today. She is a wonderful little girl!

Our Manx kitten, Kiki, will be at Petsmart, in Cosners Corner, Fredericksburg VA, with A Tail To Be Told Animal Rescue for their event tomorrow and maybe Sunday! 😎

Sheis recovered from her URI and has been spayed, tested, and brought UTD. She is now around 4 months old and still pretty small. 🖤
She is a playful, cuddly, kitten who can be a bit shy at times but loves her cat friends. She has met a few dogs and does well after a few hours. Kids are her absolute favorite!
Her eyes may still have some small bits of hazing (her eyes were almost completely covered with an infection before getting proper help), but she can see just fine! 😍🙌

WE NEED A HOME!
These sweet darlings were surrendered because their mom had terrible allergies. She wanted to keep them so badly and she took such good care of them, but it just wasn't meant to be. They are healthy, beautiful cats. Patches and Pebbles are a bonded pair, so they need to be adopted together. Pebbles follows Patches around anywhere he goes. Come visit them and consider adopting them this weekend at:
Petsmart Massaponax
Saturday (Nov 23rd) 11:30 am to 5pm
Sunday (Nov 24th) 12am to 5pm
There will also be lots of other cats and kittens to meet.
Patches is the gray and white male.
Pebbles is the tabby and white female.

Fred and Shabby are 6 month old brothers whose mom was found in a feral colony. She was friendly and has already been adopted. They are bonded and must be adopted together. I couldn't get good pictures because all they want to do is play and be complete goofball balls together! (Video is only 11 seconds)

UPDATE: ADOPTED! Shemp and Moe (brothers) are at the Central Park PetSmart in Fredericksburg, Va! They are some of the sweetest kitties around and are super fun! They love to have a good time! Go meet them today 😻😻 they are neutered, up to date on vaccines, fiv/felv negative, microchipped, dewormed, and 100% ready to be a part of your family!

I think we did the dang thing you guys!!!!!! All 3 kittens have gained a significant amount of weight in the last three days and are fully eating and drinking on their own! One of the males still looks pretty rough from his secondary URI but at this point it’s not stopping him and the panleukopenia is no longer a threat! Thank you guys so much for helping us fight so hard for these guys. We are still extremely sad over the two we lost but very grateful to have these three alive and well on their way to a full recovery.

Meet Ray and Charles again. They’re back and looking for their forever home! They’re super sweet and have so much love to give! While watching if you thought “am I see things or do they really not have eyes?!” You would be correct! These boys are blind but they definitely don’t let it stop them and their hearing is out of this world!

How has this guy not found a home yet?! Zeus is 4 years old and lived his whole life on a chain ... he is clearly enjoying his freedom and wants nothing more than to roll around in your back yard and snuggle up on the sofa! Zeus needs to be the only pet but does great with people 💙💙 Zeus has been professionally trained and is a fantastic, fun loving guy!
