I grew up in "logging country", the "God's country" region in Pa. where I live to this day, and live for the mountains and wilderness.. Friends of the family being loggers and cutting firewood alot with my family from a young age, I also grew up with riding horses, and fell in love with large pulling horses at a very young age, I have cut timber on and off since my early twenty's... I truly live f

or what I do its my passion, logging with horses! On my jobs all skidding, and forwarding are done with horses, either ground skidding or with a log cart... The area I work has grown to be from parts of Va. into western Ny. We will "do it all" meaning cut, skid and sell timber for the landowner, or cut and skid as a sub contractor, or skid with another cutter.....

What I am blessed to be able to do for a living is a very hard life. It's very rewarding in ways I can't express in words. Without the support of good people and horses in my life gifted by God I'd be nothing in what I do. God bless all around me who put up with my insane lifestyle, y'all know who you are.
