“She was 18. Her people, who loved her whole life, took her, a vaccination booklet, a leash, a collar and her belongings and took her to the Baldwin Park shelter. They said they were tired of fighting with an older dog, signed papers and left, without even looking at her.
When she was picked up by a volunteer at the shelter, she leaned on him probably wishing it was all just an ugly dream.
The moment was immortalized by photographer John Hwang, who was in the shelter at the time.
Unfortunately, dogs love sincerely, with all their heart, with all their soul and are unable to understand that human 'love forever' most often has an expiration date.. - to annual, to moving, to illness, to old age...

10.15 last night she took her final breath. The day before she was happy as. We noticed she was breathing weird but thought she'd got too hot. But turns out she had congestive heart failure. We gave her meds the vet thought woukd help but 3 hours later she went into respiratory distress and we had to put her to sleep. 14 years with her wasnt long enough. We're all heart broken. Sleep easy Kiah we miss you ❤️

An old tired-looking dog wanders into a guy's yard. He examines the dog's collar and feels his well-fed belly and knows the dog has a home.
The dog follows him into the house, goes down the hall, jumps on the couch, gets comfortable and falls asleep. The man thinks its rather odd but lets him sleep. After about an hour the dog wakes up, walks to the door and the guy lets him out. The dog wags his tale and leaves.
The next day the dog comes back and scratches at the door. The man opens the door, and the dog enters, proceeding down the hall. It jumps on the couch, settles in, and falls asleep once more. The man allows it to rest. After approximately an hour, the dog awakens, strolls to the door, and the man permits it to go outside. The dog wags his tale and leaves.
This goes on for days. The guy grows really curious, so he pins a note on the dog's collar: "Your dog has been taking a nap at my house every day."
The next day the dog arrives with another note pinned to his collar: "He lives in a home with four children -- he's trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow?'

My WCW is my 14 yr old daughter we were on the way home and she saw a elementary kid sitting under a tree in a shopping center. She said it's too hot 🌞moma stop the car🚗. She then asked the boy where are your parents? The boy said idk 🤷🏼‍♂️. She said can u call them? He said I only have my dads number. She let him call his dad also not standing too close so he wouldn't be afraid. Then she told him to get off the street and go in front of the rite aid so strangers won't try to get him and he can run in the store if need be. Then she said moma let's wait til he gets picked up and I might have to get him some water if it's not soon. This is why I will never let a person tear me down as a mother. This is just confirmation of the kind of children I'm raising Queens and kings👑👑

"8 months ago the dog we grew up with died... He left my arms at the age of 17. Since then I said that I will never get another dog again, the pain is unbearable. Last night as I was walking with my company I heard something like a meow, they told me let's go mice, but something made me look for it.
I opened the lens on the mobile phone and found puppies thrown away, unfortunately there were only 2 alive and finally one lived....I took this one home, put it in the warm and I have to listen to my heart...I will grow this one with all my love.In memory of my dog ​​who made me the person I am today.I'm sure he will be proud of me.

I had adopted her but she refused to come away with me. It was weird because dogs can't wait to leave the kennel. She was crying and stubbing her paws. I should have dragged her. But when I looked down I understood the reason and I had to make a CHOICE "When the time came to take her home she was just out of that cage, from that moment a new world awaited her, a wonderful life and a lot of love. Any other dog would have run into the embrace of her rescuers. But she did not. She stood still, sticking to all fours, and refused to come out of the cage. In a corner, a small Chihuahua Taco looked at her in fear. She understood that she was about to lose her best friend. And in that moment a small miracle happened. The couple saw the whole scene and decided to adopt them both. They did the documents also for the chihuahua and all 4 went out the door of the shelter. was taken in the car, before leaving. I would like to wish these two dogs a happy life full of love! But above all so much happiness also to these two wonderful people ❤️
