Wow it was on this day in 2014, I became a partner within the groom room. A few months later it was all mine, business partner didn't understand mobile , it became mine, I think I've come a long way, still have my love for all clients. Through ups and downs, I'm still here, contrary to a lot of people ( my ex business partner for 1).

With the on going heat issues, a big thank you to all that I've had to reschedule. As most would know, I try and work through it, but with my injury it's just not on. Dogs welfare IS ALWAYS FOREMOST in my mind. To me a groom is not worth stressing over, for the welfare of your loved pet. I've looked into airconditioning the trailer, but at this stage I just can't 😞😞

For those that think I'm able to groom in 36 and above Weather, pls think again. At the moment I'm unable to lift my portable air conditioner into trailer, due to shoulder injury. It's not safe for the dogs or myself, as you would normally add at least 10° or more to outside temp, inside trailer. I'm doing what I can to rearrange everyone, but, if you think you are better going elsewhere, I understand. Pls let me know if this is the case. I'm one person carrying an injury, trying to keep everyone happy, not easy when even just one person complains. I take it all to heart 😞

Hi all. Due to ongoing medical appointments for myself and my hubby, I've decided to cut back my days of work. I'll be working Wednesday thru to Saturday. This is on advice from my doctor and physio, as at this stage I'm trying to avoid further damage and surgery.Those that have existing appointments on Tuesdays, meaning already in my diary, I will honour them. But after those I simply cannot. I understand completely that some will need to find a new groomer, I'm sorry, but since Xmas I've had to say goodbye to quite a few clients, some of which I've been to for over 10yrs. Any issues pls text me during working hrs.
Wednesday -saturday
9am -5pm. 😞😞😞😞

Hope everyone has had a great Xmas and happy New year!. Thanx to everyone for the gifts, gift vouchers and cash bonuses, really made me feel special.
Unfortunately 😕, I've had to say goodbye to quite a few clients over the last few days, not my choice, but I must follow doctors and physio instructions. I've had a sore shoulder for a couple of weeks before Xmas, worked through it, icing and Nurofen. Well it seems I did my AC joint, luckily for me, I popped it out then it settled, but it's painful. To avoid surgery I must not do anymore damage. It has to be strapped daily 😔, I can no longer groom a lot of bigger dogs 😞. I've contacted everyone it has impacted. I've had to cut back on amount of dogs I do daily, times I start have also changed due to needing my shoulder strapped. Hoping everyone can understand, if you think you may need another groomer please msg me and I'll try and help. Again thank you 💜💜. Pic is my shoulder the last week before Xmas 😔

I would like to take a minute and thank all my wonderful clients for an amazing year. I've had a very trying year health wise, but got through with understanding from you all. 💜.
I wish you all a very happy, safe new year.
I'm having to make a few changes for the new year, as the time comes I'll let you know.
Those waiting on appointments, I'll be doing them all this week and sending them out.
