A legal update: We have been advised that the legal team need an extra few days to have the documents ready to submit.

We will be submitting the Judicial Review application alongside an emergency Injunction application. Once these have been submitted we hope to hear back quickly on when the injunction application will be heard.

We will let you know as soon as they are submitted. We will also aim to do a live broadcast the same evening to answer questions with the legal team.💙

The portal to get an XL Bully type dog exempted is now open and you can do it online using the link below. You'll need to make the payment of £92.40 per dog, have Third Party Liability insurance (via Dogs Trust membership) and know your dog's microchip details. It's very straightforward : there is no need for a Court application nor a behavioural assessment. The dog will have to be neutered by 30th June 2024 or 31st December 2024 (depending on the age of the dog as at 31st January 2024)
