Met Ted at dad’s workplace and he’s always happy to see us… Ted I mean 😂 He has some skin conditions and dad forgot his vet prescribed shampoo but we have everything in Oggie and used some medicated shampoo and soothed the sores. Ted seemed to approve!

Ted had issues with his rear legs today so I just do the best I can as arthritis must cause him discomfort when I’m trying to groom him. I’m pleased though that he trusts me albeit tells me off now and again 😂

Back from a few days off I had a lovely time! Ted has been diagnosed finally as he has a damaged cruciate ligament and bad arthritis on his knee and is why grooming his back legs and undercarriage has become a challenge. He was so pleased to see me and jumping around me as I groom him on his terms… I’ve learned this over the years I’ve groomed him so I knew something wasn’t right. I’m adapting how I do these areas so it’s as comfortable for him as I can make it and just do the best I can….

Ted wasn’t well in my last visit so just had a bath and tidy trim. Today he was better and mum said he was so excited about getting smart again. He’s off to the vets later but all is well.

Ted has been having tests for his heart condition and all is well albeit his arthritis is getting worse. Today was one of those days that it was playing up so I did what I could for his legs to smarten them up without lifting them at all... bless him x

Ted is far from being an angel 😇 but a new light reflecting on oggie’s wall makes him look like one 😂
Bless he’s had another infected nail bed and had to be anaesthetised to have the vet treat it so his feet were a bit of a challenge today but we just do what he can cope with. He’s going for a scan on his heart next week so we have all fingers crossed for him.

Poor Ted. He’s a feisty character but has accepted me however on my last visit he really took exception to having his nails done which surprised me as I thought he’d overcome that fear. Mum told me today he’d had to go to the vets as he had an infection in one of his nail beds... bless no wonder he didn’t want me near them! However it’s set him back as I got one foot done today and he was having no more... too distressing so we’ll try next time with a cone to protect me as they really need doing and the vet didn’t oblige!!!! Everything else was fine and dandy though!

Bit of a shock to hear Ted has been extremely poorly during lockdown with a suspected broken foot. It swelled so much the vets felt it was broken. Luckily he’s out of the woods now and allowed on walks again from today. A shaved off paw is all that remains!

Saw Ted at dad’s workplace today .... well he is the boss... 😂
Ted has had a skin flare up again but the meds are working as the scratching has ceased. Some of the scabs weren’t quite ready to come off so I got him as straight as I could today. He’s choosy with his friends but I’m pleased to say he is always excited to see me 😘

Couldn’t quite fit these into this week in order to take a week off for holibobs. So working a morning on a day off it had to be! Poor Ted had his dad up all night with a poorly tummy so his groom was great timing as his bottom needed a good clean that’s for sure... I’ve got him trained to “turnaround” on the grooming table these days and next time I’m going to video it as he does it straight away on command... love it 😂
