Hi Everyone 😊

An update for everyone who has been enquiring about the salon.

Unsure where rumours are coming from but I am NOT CLOSING the salon.

I have made some big changes to the salon, including reducing my customer numbers and working days, i have prioritised these to customers who have been with me since i opened 4 years ago and to those who attend regular appointments.

I had to make this decision due to a number of reasons and am now confident there should be no further changes within the salon, however, life changes constantly and being a solo salon owner I can never promise anything!

Obviously future appointments will be tight from now on, but I have reduced customers down significantly to ensure I am available to those dogs I am keeping 💕

This page may get deactivated in the near future because i am not in a position to be taking on any new customers so this will reduce the amount of enquiries i get.

Please add my number to your phones 07714670056 as this will be the easiest means of communicating to me from now on, preferably via a text as I have commitments outside the salon or leaving a voicemail, i will try to reply within 48 hours.

✨APPOINTMENTS✨

Please bare with me whilst I am arranging any future availability within the salon, I will be in contact by the end of the week to any one enquiring about booking an appointment.

Apologies for anyone waiting for a reply, I will be in contact asap but more towards the end of the week.

I am having issues with No Shows and last minute cancellations over the last few months, this obviously has a big impact on my earnings and time wasted, I am therefore just taking this week to take some time out and consider the future of hours opening and available days to work.
As i hope you can appreciate, I cannot continue to run a business with customers who do not show up or cancel last minute, I am human too and have a house and a life to pay for.
