CranioSacral Therapy (CST), is a gentle, light touch method of evaluating and enhancing the craniosacral system both in people and animals. It works by assisting the body's natural healing abilities to combat stress on the nervous system and to pinpoint and remove energy blockages that may have occurred. Brief Description of the CranioSacral System:The craniosacral system consists of membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding and protecting the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones in the head (cranium) and face to the tailbone (sacrum). CST can improve the overall well-being of the recipient and assist in correcting any imbalances within the system. Benefits: CST has been known to be effective in treating emotional and behavioral issues such as aggression, separation anxiety, hyper-activity, improving self-confidence and assisting with training issues. The Chakra System is one of the oldest most recognized energy/healing systems in the world, with evidence of this system going back thousands of years. The chakra system is comprised of energy centers in the body that process information each relating to various mind-body-spirit elements. Chakra clearing and balancing brings relaxation, clears energy blocks and imbalances and grounds your pet so he/she can enjoy a feeling of balance and well-being. A very relaxed Stetson (Rhodesian Ridgeback) after his first massage. He is such a gentle, lovely dog. Although he does not like being touched much by anyone other than his owner, he melted right in to his dog massage. Lots of yawning and passing gas, indicated that he was soaking up the benefits of his session.
