The full story on collars for my own dogs: Each new year, I always get my 3 girls matching collars. I don't intentionally do anything else to match between them- just the collars. Of course, these days I make them! So after much thought, I decided on purple with reflective pink. And here are a few pictures of them modeled by my pretty girls!

The pink has reflective material in it so we don't lose track of the black dogs at the back of the yard.

Halloween collars for my girls! All of them are using an orange with reflective thread in it and Jet is also using a reflective black. It makes them much easier to see at night when you shine a flashlight to the back of the yard!

And a dozen keychains are completed! Everyone at our obedience class was super patient with giving Giaietta a little extra time each week to work on her socialization so I just want to say thanks.

It has been a couple of months since I made any collars. I've gotten discouraged because I worked so hard to make them and sell them and I'm getting much less response than expected. Well, as a thank you to all of the people who helped in our recent obedient class I am making keychains for all of them. And I'm getting ready and set right now!

Here is my long overdue posting about my original creation! It's actually a two part piece. When you hook it all together it is a lanyard that you can keep your keys or ID or anything on. You can also unhook the bottom part and make it just a bracelet or something that you would attach to your purse or, as my good friend Paula Wapner does, attach it to your walker. And even better, this one is in watermelon colors!

I wanted to share a story that a customer told me recently: The customer ordered two collars for his stepmother (a Pitt and Penn State collar!!). He was recently at the house and was walking into a dark room and said that he could find the dogs right away because of their snazzy collars glowing in the dark!! Another satisfied customer!

I recently discovered another company that is making them and selling for twice the price! Because they are marketing them as "survival wear" - by that, they mean that they can be taken apart in an emergency and used as rope. Guess what! Mine do the same!!
