Applewoods Dog Training helps you build a better dog, one command at a time. Our mission is to blend the latest modern training technology into the existing dog training art form, thereby creating not just mannerly and obedient dogs, but working teams that move through their daily lives with grace and good will. Applewoods Dog Training believes that truly good trainers are artists who practice the

art form of dog training. Bringing passion to the arena of dog training, tempered with a nurturing attitude, means both new and old students are encouraged to stretch their minds and bodies. This means a growth for both owner and dog that will propel them to levels of companionship they could not otherwise experience.

When legislation is introduced impacting dog owners and breeders, the most important communications are from local constituents – those who live in the community and will be directly impacted by any law passed. It can also be important for breed or parent clubs to weigh in to provide expertise on their specific breed and how those dogs will be impacted.

AKC Government Relations has added a new sample letter to our Legislative Action Center toolbox for breed and parent clubs to use when writing lawmakers on specific legislative issues.
