I haven't written anything lately because I moved and not so sure I like this new place. I got upset with strange sounds below us so scratched and ate part of the door trying to get out.
Mama got mad. :(

Now she gives me a chill pill before she leaves for work and I'm just fine and happy!

Here's me when we went walking for THREE MILES! I got so tired, I could not carry my baby any more.

It's really been cold here. Mama says less than 0°. All I know is it hurts my feet and my legs and it's really hard to find a place to p*e let alone p**p!
This morning, I did my quick little run in the backyard to take care of business and I cried when I came in. Mama got all worried because I wasn't walking right, all stiff and real slow with my ears and tail down. Sometimes it's so hard to tell her what hurts and why.
Usually the snow is so much fun and I enjoy leaping through big snowbanks but not in this cold weather. And there's just too much snow, it's just too deep to have fun.
Sometimes I wonder if the grass will ever come back. I remember grass and I like it.

today I napped on the sunporch.
there is a kitten in the house. it taunts and tortures me. I was only able to get any sleep at all in the sun because mama locked it inside the house. ah! I has the sunny sofa all to myself!

So I've been a little tired lately. I've been slowing down and hardly any jumping. No real running.
Mama took me to see my nice doctor. Very nice people there who give treats. They listened to my heart a lot and took some of my blood and weighed me. (I put on 11 pounds in a year :( )
So it turns out bad tick mama found in my ear last September the day after we did that big romp in Mendon Ponds Park gave me something called Lymes disease. And my thyroid is slow.
So I had teeny tiny pills to take and tasty stuff sprinkled on my food.
I'll be ok.

Yesterday we went to a picnic at the lake and that was the happiest I've been in months. Still very slow and not all confident about swimming but happy.

I moved! I moved to the most wonderful place! I have a grassy shady backyard full of smells and I have sidewalks to go walking up and down with grass and other doggy smells all around!
I three other people in this house and that I love me. They pet me and they walk me and they talk to me. I love my mama awful lot but she works long long hours four days a week. She keeps me with her the other whole three days everywhere she goes but those four long days are really really long 'specially for a lovable dog like me. It's so glad to have other humans loving on me!
One of my very favorite things now is to lay down in the grass at night and just enjoy all the evening sounds and smells.

My typical day.
Mama tortures me in the elevator, dangling my favorite toy while ordering me to sit.

Can I nap peacefully? No. She has to annoy me by taking my picture. I don't care if I'm cute, let me sleep!

I still love her so… kissyface time!

Mama took me for a drive in the air-conditioned car!
She says my belly skin and my pads are still very pale, almost white but I've perked up some and my lips my gums & tongue are pink.

I am sick today.
Mama is worried about me cuz I just kinda lay around and won't eat or drink.
She got me to drink chicken broth (who could turn THAT down?) but I threw it up.
I keep trying to lay down in the sunshine but she won't let me.
AND she poured cold water over me!!! Eek!!
