Buffalo CARES Animal Rescue A group of people have come together, in honor of their beloved pets, to save the lives of animals in need. Buffalo C.A.R.E.S.

Animal Rescue
is an all breed, volunteer driven, 501(c)(3) non- profit organization dedicated primarily, but not limited to, the facilitation of placement of homeless animals in Buffalo, NY & surrounding area shelters. We provide safe foster homes, needed veterinary care, balanced training, socialization and support to develop a well adjusted family companion. Through a screened adoption process,

the companion animals will be placed in compatible, permanent homes. Serving our community and local pet owners as a resource, we provide information on the importance of population reduction through spay/neuter programs and microchipping pets.

Hello, 👋🏽 my name is Holly! I’m an 8 week old Lab mix. As you can see I have the coolest, brindle markings, kind of like a baby 🐅 tiger. I’m a petite little girl 🎀 at only 8 pounds. One of my favorite things to do is romp around with my brother and play with toys. After I’m done getting my zoomies 💫 out, I love to curl up on my foster mom’s lap and take a nap. One of our fosters, Pfeiffer, a 3 month old husky, needed emergency medical attention and our funds are very low because of it. Please buy tickets for Dollars for Collars or send it around to your friends and family to help replenish our funds!

Fundraisers like Dollars for Collars allow us to keep saying yes to saving sick and injured dogs as well as providing the life saving surgeries our dogs have required when they have eaten something in foster and had a blockage or been injured. We have never had to euthanize a dog because we couldn’t afford life saving treatment and we want to keep it that way! We pride ourselves on taking the dogs that most rescues won't, but we need the money to support them.

This fundraiser will replenish our funds, if we sell at least 500 tickets. So far, we barely sold 100. Please ask your family, ask your friends, ask your coworkers to buy tickets. It is only $20 for 90 chances to win and just one win will more than double your money. Please help us save more high medical dogs!

Hi, my name is Flash ⚡️and I am a 10 week old Terrier. I love to play with my toys and I really love when my foster mom’s grandson comes to play! My foster mom says I am very smart 🤓 and am learning to go potty on the puppy pad as long as she stays to a routine. I don’t mind my crate at all and sleep 💤 all night quietly and with no accidents! I am told that I am 8 pounds of pure sweetness! I am so snuggly 🥰 and cuddly and I love to run and play with my foster sister! Hi! 😃 My name is Stormy and I am a 14 month old golden retriever puppy mix. I am about 30lbs. I’m ready for my forever home as I am potty trained ✔️ leash trained ✔️and crate trained ✔️. I also know some basic commands such as “Sit”, “Stay”, and “Paw”. I would love a home that will continue my training and please make sure you have lots of treats 🍪🍪 for me! All that playing and activity makes me a hungry boy. I hear I’m a real great 🎖️pup all the time! Being a young retriever, I like long walks, all fun activities, and play time. I really love to play with toys and can play fetch🎾 forever. My favorite toy is a squeaky stuffed animal. I love everyone and I have been around dogs, cats, and children. ONE OF MY FAVORITE thing to do is to play with my foster canine siblings and even though I am smaller I can keep up with the bigger dogs no problem 👌🏽. Hi, 👋🏽 I’m Muenster! I am a 4 month old tuxedo 🤵‍♀️ kitten. I’m a busy girl and I LOVE to play. My foster parents have tons of toys 🧶 for me to play with here and I love all of them. I also love playing with my friend Mozzarella. She’s my best cat friend even though she’s way bigger than me. When I’m done playing, my favorite thing to do is snuggle. I will let my foster parents know when I’m ready to be picked up and snuggled, and I purr 😻 so much when they do. I learned that the dogs 🐶 in the house are PERFECT to snuggle with and I love to sleep with them and with my foster parents! I’m not scared of the dogs at all even though they’re bigger than me. I’ve met some new cats since I’ve been at my foster home and we are all friends. I would love to go home with my best friend Mozzarella, but if you have a cat or a dog I could be friends with at your house I would like that too.
