Our pricing reflects the time and care put in to our animals, their quality, as well as the investment we have in them. We guarantee you will not be disappointed in our customer service, or the quality of our reptiles. If we post a price, that is what we feel the snake is worth. If we happen to post something like "feel
free to make an offer" or "OBO" then do so. PAYMENT PLANS:
We are open to payment plans on snakes priced over $300 for up to 30 days. Reptiles can be held with a non-refundable deposit of 25%, all further payments fare non-refundable as well. If for some reason you cannot pay the remainder of what is due on the reptile, it will be re-listed for sale and we will not be able to accept payment plans from you in the future. No checks, cash is only accepted for local purchases. Animals will not be shipped until payment is made in full. SHIPPING:
Shipping will take place via FedEx Priority Overnight when payments have been made in full and weather is acceptable at the departure, hubs, and destination locations. Hubs including Memphis and Indianapolis. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $55 on top of the purchase price of the animal unless otherwise listed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or errors. We offer live arrival guarantee as long as the animal is shipped within safe temperatures and arrives on time. HEALTH:
Due to the delicate nature of reptiles, we cannot guarantee health for a long period of time. We give a 10 day health guarantee. If something is wrong with the animal, we need to be notified within 24 hours of the change in health. We are always available for help and advice but do urge you to contact your exotics veterinarian for care and help with your new animal. If you feel your new animal is unhealthy or not acting right, please contact a local exotics vet immediately and let us know as soon as possible. We look forward to doing business with you!!!
