Peace Of My Heart Animal Sanctuary We are NFP and have been rescuing rehabilitaing and sometimes also rehoming to very good homes, otherwise they stay here and get loved till their last breath.

I think this time I posted at the right page 😂 I have way too many pages to keep up with lol and then there’s the nail cutting, cleaning, feeding, medicating and most of all playing like crazy with Binky and Boo and the rest of my fur babies 🥰😍 got Rob to water some of the garden this morning as it’s going to be so so hot 😛

Hey all, I have been very sad today because our gorgeous friend left this realm last week

I only found out yesterday arvo when her husband called me
I spoke to her last via messanger the day she left.
Maybe a couple of hours before she did
I feel so sad.

I had been trying to help her with her sick ferret and sent her some medication as the vet was unable to see him, he had a terrible cough and she had only told me a couple of days prior not sure how long he had been sick for
The medication had not arived and I was concerned
Her boy well also her daughters ferret Night wing past last Thursday, had fits and died before she could take him to the vet.

I believe Shontell died of a broken heart not long after her boy left.
She went just a few hours later.

😢 This picture is for our beautiful friend Shontell Rogers this is Pop whom she loved and she sponsored 4 of our ferrets Binky Pop, Wolfie and Snake.
We could not have made it this year without her help.

She was so incredibly supportive of what we do. We spoke often and she sent me pictures of her 5 angels.
Shontell was only 53 years of age and way too young to go.

Shontell made the beautiful purple blanket that was donated and her and her sister made lots of crochet items for us to sell.
She helped us so much, with medications, paying for a vet bill for Loki, she sent us an early Christmas present, the ferret wheel. 🙏💓 I know she was very worried and concerned about her ferrets been sick and looked after them so well.

I am so gutted
I know she is with “Nightwing” she is flying high and possibly here looking over Pop whilst he is sleeping, she called him her boy ❣️❣️

Salmon oil donated to us and gone in one night 😭
My naughty little Boo and Binky stole it and ate the whole thing 🙁 I could not find it last night but I could smell both boys and then this morning I followed Binky and as soon as I put him down he went to the bottle under the cupboard
He remembered where he last left it … and oh boy it came out the other side 😛 so cheeky those too, can climb up everywhere especially Boo
Look at them laying there looking so innocent 😂

Cloud clover and Lamborghini 😘😘😘 it’s always hard to leave everyone for a few hours to go shopping, big shop today almost $200 on ferret food, dog dry food and Kitty litter 😛

One of our outdoor areas and the property#we have done a fair bit looking at it#have only been here for 1.5 years, we would love to do lots more … mores areas more protected space for the animals to play in 💚

So I heard a big bang on the side of the bunny area and came out looking to see what was going on! Benji was doing Binkys round and round the area showing off to Cinammon 🥰🥰😘 unfortunately by the time I got my phone to film he had stopped 💜 do you know what Binkys are? It’s so cute to watch 💚🧡

Lulu is having a great time on the bed 🥰😍
