A big welcome to Lizzy, our last B&T before we head home to the coast! 🌊🌲

Could not have asked for a more enjoyable dog to finish off the winter! This girl has all my favourite things in a training dog: she’s absolutely stoked on life, and her training to-do’s are just spicy enough to make things interesting, but very achievable!

Over the next couple weeks we’ll get her wildly excitable impulses in check, and her leash reactivity in town will be a thing of the past!

Let’s go Lizzy!

Gemma, my Christmas Carol 🎄💝

On Boxing Day in 2017 at 11 months old, this girl completed her 3 day journey from the Middle East to Alberta Canada, and finally to us on Vancouver Island. She is my holy grail dog, the puppy I always wanted under the tree, and certainly the favourite of our pack (everyone knows it).

She somehow inherited my love of winter and has been the best little snow dog and overall sidekick I could hope for. And our guy Jebel, who hates dogs, loves her with his whole heart too.

Happy gotcha day/8th birthday to this forever puppy!

It’s been a month back in Nelson and we’ve been so happy to welcome some local pups to the new spot in beautiful Sunshine Bay! 🌦️

It’s truly a dream to wake up here .farm every day feeling connected to the land, the animals, and this awesome community.

After a long summer (our least favourite season 🥵), we’re loving the crisp fall temperatures, and very much looking forward to the day this sweet mountain town transforms into a winter wonderland! Stay tuned for slo-mo snow zoomies! ☃️
