Hi everyone it's really unfortunate that I'm yet again forced to write a post like this in regards, to customers not attending appointments! If I'm honest, June has been the WORST month in a long time for customers not attending or cancelling last minute. 8 appointments where people have booked and not attended. This is £250 lost due to people not attending.
Mucky Pups is my business and I work extremely hard and the business runs off my customers attending appointments that's how I pay the bills at the shop and this is how I pay myself a wage to pay my bills at home. Its now come to a point that I'm loosing money because customers don't attend and whilst I'm very understanding of those who have genuine reason for not attending, it's those who seem to not be bothered causing an issue.
From today, we will be starting our new cancellation policy, late fees any no show fees, and later we will be posting our updated policy. Going forward, we will be adding fees on for those not attending, and anyone who continually don't attend or new customers who don't even attend their first appointment with us won't be welcome back with us.
I want to thank all our regular customers who regularly attend and respect my time and my business because without them customers, mucky pups simply wouldn't run.

We are trying somthing new this month to see how it goes until we can have the front of the shop better organised so we can have more treats, pet food and suppliments

Order any dog food, individual treats or bulk boxes of treats or suppliments by Friday for collection on Saturdays.
Where we can we will try and BEAT the price that you currently pay!

To order just send us a message (until we can arrange order forms) of what you would like before by Fridays and it will be ready to collect from 9am on Saturdays.

If this works well we will continue to do this with large items such as dog for or bulk boxes of treats to try and save space for stuff in the shop

Hopes owners booked in for a course of 10 sessions to help with her teeth after they had been quoted by the vets. After just 6 sessions there has been a massive improvement just look at the plaque that has come away from her tooth 😳

Our mobile grooming is limited to Mondays only and is perfect for old, aggressive and nervous dog. Its also perfect for owners who are elderly or unable to drive to the salon.

We are fully qualified and insured you can trust you dog is in safe hands.
