Dear Friends of the Rescue❤️

Tuesday is Giving Tuesday.
It’s the beginning of the Holiday Season, a time for love, joy and kindness. This year our average daily census is 85 🐶.
Generally, we place about 55 🐩 in qualified loving homes each month. We have 15+🐕 in permanent foster- This means the dog lives in a loving home, but we pay their medical bills. Our medical costs have skyrocketed to an average of $35,000.00 per month. Although these costs have been difficult for us, the generosity of our donors has helped us to save dogs who otherwise would not have survived.
No matter how hard we try, how many hours the volunteers put in, the energy, the love and the tears…we simply cannot do this alone! These dogs need us more than ever. Please help us. You can donate on our website via PayPal.

Hi! I’m Rocket 🚀

Rocket is a 6 year old wire haired Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix. Good with all doggies. He is very loving and snuggly. He wants to be right next to you all the time. Very food motivated and smart. He has a big personality in a 10lb package. He is crate trained and loves car rides to go for pup cups! I’m a handsome 3 year old gentleman. I’m on the smaller side at around 30lbs, but I have lots of big personality. I would prefer to be the only guy in your life-canine or human. I will promise to love and protect you from strangers (especially those who ring our doorbell). I’m really seriously afraid of men (with good reason) so please just an all adult female household. I love to cuddle and hang out with my person. I sleep in a dog bed and don’t require a crate. I am neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
