Services provided:
1. Travel documentation
I provide housevisits for documentation for travel for the following requirements:
[ ] 1. Microchip (ISO 15 digit)
[ ] 2. Vaccines (rabies, dA2PPL, RCP, giardia, bordetella)
[ ] 3. Deworming internal and external
[ ] 4. Regular Health certificate, GBform and Euform.
[ ] 5. Bloodwork for travel.
For entering the USA from Mexico as of december 16th we provide an additional certificate from a MVRA inspector.
[ ] Screwworm (gusano barrenador) free certificate. Please make an appointment with at least 5 days anticipation to your travel. The appointment will be at Consultorio para animales @ Narciso Mendoza 48 Manuel Ávila Camacho Naucalpan Edo de México Naucalpan Edo de México. 53910.
2. Boarding service
I provide boarding for small dogs in a home enviroment where your dogs are free to roam in a large yard and sleep in a room with their designated beds, food not provided.
I ask for a previous visit for trial and ensure a positive stay.
Requirements for boarding:
[ ] Passing the trial visit
[ ] Copy of vaccines and deworming up to date.
3. Housecalls for Medical need, Dermatology diagnostics.
4. Bloodwork, Xray and ultrasound.
5. Euthanasia and Cremation.
6. Surgery
