A little about myself

Animals have always been a love of mine. Since I was young I was always drawn to them and they have always been my happy place. I grew up from a young age owning German Shepards. Merlin was my very first dog and he was the love of my life. I was devastated when we had to put him down after having him only 7 short years due to cancer. After losing him there was a void in mine and my families heart so we decide to rescue a beautiful 3 year old female, German Shepard, Lottie. She taught me to be patient, to take the time to listen to her and eventually she came out of her shell becoming a massive part of our family. Now 17 years into owning dogs and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I now have two dogs, a cockapoo called Ivy and a labradoodle called Elise. They both came into my life from working my job with a wonderful breeder. Ivy was part of the first litter I ever watched be born and got to be apart of her life growing up. She was born the first day I started to work for Gorgeous4paws, it was fate. She took hold of my heart and didn’t let go. A bit of a shock when you grow up with German Shepard's and this small thing comes bounding into your life.

Elsie, Casey bought as a stunning and perfect dog. And let me tell you she had stunning puppies. After having her first litter Casey decide she was not a perfect fit for a breeding girl so she retired and has been mine ever since. She’s a nutter but I wouldn’t have her any other way.

I first started working for a kennels when i was 19 and worked there for 3 years. It gave me a chance to build my confidence with both dogs and cats and see all different breeds, personalities and how to care for each and everyone of them. Surprisingly, also gave me a chance to look after some very cute budgies.

After a long time health issue I had to leave the kennels and this is when I began my journey working full time for Casey Stipp at Gorgeous4paws. Casey taught me so much in the 5 years I have been working for her and I will be eternally grateful to her. I am still working for Casey full time but now in a different role and hope to learn more from her that I can apply to caring for your wonderful pets.

I have now started the new adventure of setting up my own pet caring business and hopefully use all the skill I have learnt over 8 years in the animal world to look after and share my love to your gorgeous pets over the Worthing and surrounding areas.

I am fully insured with Chiswell Insurance through Simply Business from 10/11/2023.
I am DBS checked since 9th November 2023
I have qualification in Advanced Pet First Aid Level 3 (VTQ), Dog Care Level 2 (VTQ) and Cat Care Level 2 (VTQ).
I have several lovely customers who would be willing to vouch for me.
