Over the next few weeks, we're going to share all the amazing things we've got planned for our big Grand Opening Bash on August 31st. But rather than save the best for last, we thought we'd lead with our biggest celeb appearance. Phoebe the Reading Dog is coming out of retirement to hang out with us during story time! Phoebe just got home. surgery went well. They were able to get wide enough margin and still spare the tail. one big incision on her back side and two on her belly. She is sluggish from anesthesia but got into and out of the car on her own. Now we wait for pathology results. 7-10 days...Thank you everyone for your prayers positive thoughts and well wishes...keep em coming!

Please join us tomorrow, Saturday May 27, to celebrate Phoebe as she retires as the Reading Dog for the Hamburg Library. She has brought so much joy to our community, and we welcome everyone to wish her a long and happy retirement.
