Looking back on Valentine’s Day a year ago, and the greatest love I have ever known, with my boo, my Riley ♥️ Riley was the most romantic boyfriend ever!! ♥️ He wrote me the most beautiful love letters and poems!! He wrote them in calligraphy too!!! 📝 I have saved and cherish every single love letter and poem my Riley has ever mailed me. He also hand picked out and bought me so many gifts 🎁!!! I cuddle with all my stuffies and they make me feel so close to him. ♥️♥️♥️ Riley, I will love you till the end of time!!! 💘💝💘💝💘

Friends, I would like to move into a new home, please!!My pawrents forced me outside into the car yesterday which only means one thing 😩 another dogtor appointment, and this time it was to have (minor) surgery to have not one, but TWO growths/cysts removed!! With a local, not general anesthesia!!! This involved cutting them off, and then burning 🔥 cauterizing them, and then stapling them!!! It all hurt!!! All of it!!! All 4 steps!!! That’s 8 different times of hurt!!! 😩😭 But, they said it had to be done, those two growths haven’t stopped bleeding for months and months. My pawrents and dogtors are not sending the growths out for testing, due to my age. But I could still use some prayers for healing. 🙏🏻 My leg is still bleeding even though it was cauterized and stapled. Mommy’s hoping the bleeding will stop soon. It’s been 24 hours. She called the doctor and he said it is ok, it will stop soon. Thank you friends! ♥️

She hasn’t forgotten about posting for Goodest Bear, either. 🌈Today is his Adoptiversary Day but she will postpone posting about his story for a little bit. Mommy was really sick last week. 😷 In addition to that, she also just found out she has an autoimmune disease, which also causes problems with her vision too. That’s why she is not posting for me as much or can’t comment as much as she used to. She still loves everyone so much and wants to make sure you all know how much!!!! ♥️

Happy Birthday to my favorite Daddy!!! 🎉💙🎉💙🎉💙🎉 Whenever he comes home from work he gives me treats ☺️😋and then he lays down with me on my bed and snuggles with me!!! ❤️ I know he’s really missed me all day while he’s been at work!!! ❤️ When we watch tv at night with Mommy, instead of sitting on the couch, he lays on my bed with me again!!! ❤️ He doesn’t even mind my t***s! 💨 Today we are going to have Carvel Vanilla Ice Cream Cake!!!! Happy Sunday Funday! 🎉I am celebrating the birthday of a very special friend today!! 🎉🥳 Trinity the Therapy Dudette Trinity The Therapy Dudette is turning 3!!! 🎊🎂 Trinity is an amazing pup who works at Methodist Hospital bringing smiles and hope to patients and staff! 😃♥️ Her story is quite amazing. She only started doing this a few months ago, after Angel Dude, who did it first, crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈🪽Trinity was living with Mom1 in another state and they both decided that she would selflessly move to Angel Dude’s state and live with Mom2! 🥹 Now Mom2 can still make therapy visits every week as she was missing that part of her life terribly much. 😢 And little brother Bridger is so happy to have a sibling again!!! How selfless of Mom1!!! ❤️❤️

For Trinity’s birthday, she is having a movie themed birthday 🎬🍿🎥 and said we can post our favorite actor/actress, a favorite movie, or quote from the movie. It was so hard to choose the movie but favorite actor was easy, my mom’s favorite bar none is easily Tom Hanks. She chose two movies but she really loves them ALL. So she will list the reasons why she chose these particular two.
Splash 🧜🏻‍♀️ because it was the first movie she ever saw in the theater starring Tom Hanks. Mom was still in college when it came out. 😯 Now, she has a niece named Madison who is in college and graduating in a few months!! 🧜🏻‍♀️ Here’s one of her favorite quotes from that movie:

PUPDATE: My pawrents took me to another dogtor 😩 much to my protest. She is the third dogtor to look at my sores and say they are in a very bad spot. I’m just unlucky and the location is bad because I keep irritating them and the friction is causing them to not heal. Her advice was no surgery. She wrapped many thick layers of gauze and more thick layers of bandages for protection and said to leave it on for a couple of days and hope it starts to heal. She said all the thick layers may help. Thank you for all your prayers and support!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!! 🦃🍁 🧡

My mom left me again! 🤨
She was across the country and she knows I don’t like it when I can’t see her! 😩 The first night I was looking everywhere in the house for her, in every room! The second night I was basically quiet, but I did sleep on her side of the bed, 🛌😉and the third night I was shaking with anxiety when Daddy had to leave me too! 🥺 Luckily they both walked in the door about an hour or so later and my shaking stopped as soon as I heard my mommy’s voice at the front door!!!! She was back!!!! 😊☺️
I actually RAN (the way a senior 130 pound dog runs) to the door to see for myself!!!! Something I haven’t done in a very long time!!!! And here’s me smiling!!!! Yup, this is what I look like when I smile!!!! ☺️😊☺️❤️🥰😍😘 Mommy apologizes if she missed important posts like birthdays etc but she will catch up over the next few days!!

I was a hippie for Halloween last year, 2022, but since the origin of the term Flower Power was that it was used as a slogan during the late 1960s and early 1970s as a symbol of passive resistance and non-violence mommy thought it held up as a costume for 2023 as well!! There’s only a few days left until Halloween and mommy said she’s going to post all my costumes from my 4 years in my FOUREVER home 🏡 🩷🩷🩷

This is throwback to 2019 my first Halloween with Mommy and Daddy and I was a courageous and brave little lion. 🦁

Truth is, when I first entered my home, I was scared and wouldn’t eat, and barked when they left me alone. I barked at all new noises. Then I adapted but I still barked, but only when Daddy was gone and mommy was home with me. I am fine being left home alone 🤔😃

So mommy thought since I am basically the size of a little lion this costume was a good one for me!

Imagine my surprise when I saw a package 🎁 addressed to me!!! It was from my one true love ❤️ my other half my Riley Boo my Hot Stuff ❤️‍🔥 my Honey Bunny my soulmate sent me these 3 amazing Halloween bow ties 👻🎃🧙‍♀️ all the way from the Rainbow Bridge 🌁 🌈 They were handmade with love by Jake and his mama Auntie Elizabeth and all the proceeds go to help sweet doggies find their furever homes while they live in shelters. 🏡

Good morning I am here to update everyone on how I am doing! Thank you for the many private messages I have been receiving, sorry if mommy hasn’t been answering them right away. She is having a hard time keeping up with them all so she thought she had better just update everyone in one post here. 👆🏻 I have been mostly sleeping 💤 and resting , and don’t even get out of bed until 9 or later 😂!!! Mommy has been hand feeding me breakfast IN BED lol so I can take my antibiotic around 8:00 am. and guess what I get to eat for breakfast and dinner? Rotisserie chicken!! In bed!! 🛏️ But she says this is me healing from the emotional and physical trauma. The surgical site looks good and staples look good. 👍🏻 I go next Thursday to have them removed. 😳😩😩☹️

I want to wish a very special friend, Belinda, Sky and Luna’s mom a very happy birthday today!!!! 🎉🎉🎉. She is a breast cancer survivor and we are all lighting up Instagram today by wearing pink!! 🩷🎀🩷🎀🩷October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. So if you haven’t already gotten your annual mammogram and/sonograms please don’t wait any longer. It could save your life!!! 🩷🌸🩷🌸🩷

Thank you all for the prayers and positive thoughts!!! I am home now and resting comfortably!!! 💖💛💖 I had a local anesthesia, 💉then the removal, ✂️ then lots of bleeding, 🩸🩸🩸(it was HUGE) then cauterizing 🔥 mommy did not like the burning smell, and then finally the staples were put in!! I was sent home with more antibiotics and a low level painkiller 💊. I did great!!! Now she’s just got to get me to eat so I can take my antibiotic!! Thank you again for all your messages!!! Love you all!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good morning! 🍂 🍁Happy Sunday Funday! ☀️ Happy 1️⃣st Day of October!! 🤎🧡🤎 Woke up this morning to see the sun for the first day in over 8 days!!! There was an historic rainfall 🌧️ here and Governor declared a State of Emergency for Long Island and New York City. It started last Saturday and never stopped but Friday was the worst of it. Cars were swimming, airports and subways were closed due to flood waters rushing in. I’m just glad it’s over. ☀️ This is my friend, Harvest Snoopy. He is here to help me celebrate my friend Haylee’s 7th birthday today!!! 🎉🥳🎊 Haylee is having a Teddy Bear 🧸 Pawty but I destroyed all my teddys so thought Snoopy was okay to bring along. 🧡🤎🧡 Happy Birthday Haylee!!! Embarrassing post here frens. I am going to admit to you I am incontinent. ☹️💩 Yes, that’s right. I poo 💩 wherever and whenever I want. 🤭🫢 So mom says I have to wear these embarrassing pampers now. She bought them for me in pink 🩷 and in purple 💜. I am telling everyone because us Senior Doggos go through so much together and we have to support each other👍🏻 and provide emotional empathy for humiliating times 🙈like these. 😬I appreciate it. Today we are honoring our very special friend Dude Dude The Therapy Lab . Here I am wearing a custom made bow tie with smiley faces 😃😃😃😃 ❤️because Dude was full of smiles and brought joy and put a smile on the faces of everyone he met!! He used to be a volunteer and go to Methodist Hospital to cheer up patients but the staff were cheered up too!!! You couldn’t help but feel happy around Dude. ☺️😁😄😃😀 ❤️These bow ties were made by and all the proceeds are poured directly back into shelters to help rescue dogs finding their forever homes. It’s a win/win. ❤️🐾❤️

Good morning!☀️💛 🌻 Happy Saturday! ☀️🌞 It’s another scorcher today! 😎🌞 It’s the hottest July on record across the US and also Europe… well basically in the world. I heard that in some parts of the US temperatures were above 120 degrees. 😯 🥵 This heat wave is affecting everyone around the globe 🌎 It is scary to think that in another decade, this will be viewed as a relatively cool year, most likely! 😮 Hope Humans understand we are going down the wrong path 🙏🏻 If you’re not enjoying this summer’s heat and humidity, you certainly won’t like the higher warming levels we’re heading for. Climate action is not a luxury but a must.

I won’t even go outside unless my new cooling vest is on. It is SO HUMID here in New York. Even the heavy downpours haven’t alleviated the humidity. It pours and the humidity is still as thick as ever. I can’t even breathe. But this seems to do the trick and I am able get some relief. PLUS it was the only one that came in XXL ✅ and it’s got a really cute design!! Plus mommy can slip it on me really fast since I don’t like to stand for too long. ✅ (One of the problems with getting things like a Thundervest on me is that it takes too long.) So many win wins. ✅✅✅
