Happy Birthday F Litter which is probably Our most famous litter ever, I'm in the proverbial dog house! Our devoted follower Carin Higgins even messaged yesterday to tell me. Sadly I was so busy in the morning I completely forgot to post it. Can anybody Guess Who's Who?? Yellow collar should be easy. Okay everybody if you have a baby from Khaleesi's first litter let's see the pics of them today.

Well a Pointing dog is gna Point I guess. If only she would have just done this a couple of times two weekends ago she'd have her senior hunt title. LOL

Well sadly Sunday's festivities did not end as happily as Saturdays had beautiful weather and so much fun watching Arya run but for whatever reason during her morning run she decided it was way more fun to just chase the birds and tried to grab them then to point them and the afternoon run proved no different for whatever reason Sunday was a day for doing the exact opposite of her training. Arya made her papa soooo proud today. As most of you know she had two chances today to earn her AKC senior hunt title. Her first run was fantastic but she failed on a stop to flush and chased the bird, so she did not earn a ribbon. On the second run although there's always something weird that happens when she runs, she did enough for the judges to pass her with what I feel is a very respectable score. she ran bigger today I think, than I've ever seen her run, and her recall was perfect. I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Mike Thompson at Eaglerock Setters for all of his help getting me ready for today. I don't think I could have handled her nearly as well as I did. Two more tests tomorrow, one ribbon needed for her senior hunt title, fingers crossed.

Had a most amazing visit last night with our dear friends from Wisconsin The Jones Family, well three anyway. The Joneses have two of our pups they have Lupia's, Millie from 5 years ago and they have Vera from Khaleesi's second litter. They were visiting Grove City looking at college for hazel so we couldn't resist the chance to meet up for a visit.
