We have one opening for Saturday morning class 11:00 to noon starting February 1st. These are open classes , Puppy Kindergarten, Obedience, Or Nosework (scent work). Depending on the class they are 1/2 hour to an hour., pay as you go. Message me for more details.

Who else agrees that fox hunting should be considered sport only if it goes both ways meaning foxes can hunt people too?????

Sometimes I feel like we can learn so much from the simplicity a dog's life brings. They don't get caught up in overthinking or worrying about tomorrow. They live fully in the present, finding joy in the smallest of things - a walk, a treat, just being with the ones they love.

They remind us that happiness doesn't have to be complicated, that sometimes it's the simplest moments that mean the most. In their uncomplicated way of living, they show us what it means to truly be present and content with what we have and not to take anything for granted at all.

Bighorn Kennel Club’s Story

Bighorn Kennel Club is for all who enjoy dogs; be they purebred or mixed breed. Join our club for fun and games and we will help each other train. We have free fun nights for members through the summer with a course set up to play with your dog and group dog walks on Sunday evenings. Bighorn Kennel Club holds obedience classes from beginning to intermediate and Star Puppy Classes. The Club also holds a few Fun Matches each year, Ratting, Rally, and Mini Agility. We also have an AKC certified CGC Evaluator (Canine Good Citizen) who will be doing some CGC classes and testing along with a trick workshop and AKC Trick Tests, either late this fall or early spring of 2019.
