This is Caroline. She moved overseas with all her animals.
She never wrote on Facebook "I'm giving up my cats and dogs because I'm moving"or I'm having a baby or I've had the animal a year, two years or more and now I suddenly don't have time for it or can't afford to feed it.
So, when you get an animal, remember that it’s a fragile creature, part of the family and must follow you everywhere you go, otherwise don’t get one!!

Six year old Swisher has been at HSNBA for over 2 months. While he appreciates all the walks and cuddles here at the shelter - and big stuffed teddy bears to snuggle with - what he wants more than anything is a home….

Take Swisher HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS and give him the second act he deserves. His adoption fee is waived due to a generous donation from one of our amazing volunteers!

If anyone wants to donate dog food please let me know. There is alot of homeless people with dogs near where I work and I always hand some out to them. Just gave my last bag away to a married couple with two dogs. 😢
