Tacky Christmas sweater/hat charity pack walk

Come out and join our 2nd annual tacky Christmas sweater/hat community pack walk for charity.

We will parade around town showing off our dogs and/or ourselves dressed in tacky Christmas sweaters/ hats. After our walk we will have games and prizes! (If you love our Halloween walk you will love this one too)

This is a free walk but we are collecting blankets, towels, dog food, treats, toys and cash for dogs in our community in need.

Saturday December 21st at 9:30am at Fishermen Wharf Park

The walks are geared for nervous/ fearful, overly excited, or reactive dogs who need to work on social skills and basic obedience with distractions. We walk parallel and are teaching existence around other dogs & people.
Throughout our walk we will be working on our obedience skills and at the end of the walk we do a weave exercise and then finish up with a group photo.
We ask that there are no interactions with other dogs and you keep care and control with your dog on a short leash beside you. Myself and Heather are there to assist anyone who needs help with new ideas, equipment/tools or techniques.
** If this is your first walk with us, please arrive 15-20 minutes early at minimum**
It's a great group of people who are all working on improving their dogs behaviour so it is a great support group that is non-judgmental even if your dog “loses it”.
