UPDATE:
Thanks everyone! I think every litter is added. I will work on making sure they are all there. Things look good from what I've checked. Only real problem is that part of putting the Roman numeral on, we need to change the status of the previous dog with the same name if they are still active. For example: if a dog is listed as guide, we need to add retired on the next line, since the name shouldn't be reused unless that dog is no longer a guide. Same for breeders. If a puppy in training's name is reused then we can assume they have been career changed. There are lots of steps to this, so don't feel bad if you missed doing this. It just helps keep the tree as accurate as we can.

Here are the litters that need to be added to the Dogs of GDB family tree. If you missed the post about helping, it is pinned at the top of the Dogs of GDB page. I will make a comment for each litter, including the relevant info from GDB Puppy Central. If you want to volunteer to add a specific litter, reply to that comment so no one else will try to add that litter. When the litter is completed, reply again to let me know it is done.

Thanks everyone for your help! Let me know if you have ideas on how to make this easier to keep track of.

As you may have noticed, I am way behind in adding new litters to the Dogs of GDB family tree. I keep thinking that I'll have time to catch up, but it just isn't happening. When I first decided to put together the GDB family tree, I was delighted how fast litters were added through crowd sourcing through the guide dog community. I'm hoping that some of you will be willing to help me keep the GDB tree up to date. I'm thinking it would work best if anyone who wants to help can volunteer to add a specific litter. I will have to add you as an administrator the the Dogs of GDB website. And I've put together a google doc with instructions on how to add a litter. No long term commitment. You can try it out and if you hate it you can be done. If you like adding litters, you can volunteer for another litter.
