Phoenix Felting Unique hand-crafted felt gifts: unicorns, dragons, fairies, along with birds of prey, dogs, cats, camels and much more! This results in the wool being felted.

Needle-felting is the art of sculpting raw washed wool into different shapes by jabbing it hundreds of times with a notched needle. The more you jab the firmer the felt becomes, until it is firm enough to stand and hold its shape. I usually use sheep's wool, but I occasionally use alpaca, camel or yak, depending on the finish I want to achieve. Most of my items are needle-felted and are one-of-a-kind (OOAK).
