*Pet Taxi*Senior Pet Care*Special Needs Pets

1. Over Night Pet Sitting: $55 for the first two dogs
$10 each additional dog
WE basically live at your house while you are gone. WE will take care of your animals without disrupting their normal routines. The person staying with your pets will only need to be gone for work.

2. Dog walking $25 for a 45 minute walk $10 each additional dog
WE will take your dogs for a walk in your neighborhood for 45 minutes, depending on your dog’s energy levels and the weather. WE can also play with your dog indoors for inclimate weather, fetch or tug or arrange a play date in the back yard, or just hang out with them in your house. Let us know if you want a special treat or enrichment toy given when we leave. This is also a perfect service for cats, fish, watering your plants, rotating lights in the house to make it look as if someone is home, bird care, and more.

3. Pet Taxi Service $25 one way $5 for second friend
WE understand that you are busy, and sometimes our animal friends need a lift to the veterinarian, to or from the boarding facility/doggy day care, the airport or just a friend’s house. WE will pick up or drop off your furry friends anywhere in our service area. WE do not charge extra for senior animals or special needs animals. We reserve the right to make decisions in your animals best interest when extreme temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, or thunderstorms) present themselves. IN these cases, your dog will still get a short walk, a potty break upon entrance and before exiting the property and remainder of time will be play indoors at your house unless previously determined with you. IF we deem it unsafe to walk multiple dogs together who live in multiple dog house holds, we reserve the right to walk them individually and individual charges will be processed as such. Stop the shock. It's a simple message. There is no need to use shock collars in dog training. Reward-based methods are very effective. As well, scientific research shows risks to dog's welfare from the use of shock. So, stop the shock. If you need help with your dog's behaviour, find a trainer who will only use reward-based methods (aka positive reinforcement) to help you.

100% commitment to only blogging about training techniques, tools and handling that will keep your beloved dogs emotionally intact, and their eyes still sparkling!

At the Association for Professional Dog Training International, we stand by and for dogs.

Since adopting our Standards of Practice in April 2022 (and reaffirming them in 2024 with the launch of APDT International), one core principle guides everything we do: No training or behavior scenario justifies the intentional use of aversive punishment.

This conviction is rooted in peer-reviewed science and is consistent with the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior’s position: tools designed or used with the intent of causing fear, pain, or startling (e-collars, prong/choke collars, bonkers, shaker-cans, leash corrections, harsh verbal reprimands, etc.) elevate stress, suppress learning, and increase the risk of aggression—outcomes that undermine the well-being of both dogs and the people who care for them.

As the largest association in the world for the dog training field, our community’s mission is to advance the profession through science, compassion, and education. We champion methods that safeguard welfare, build trust, and create lasting behavioral change. But a standard is only as strong as the community that lives it. APDT International is a global network of trainers, behavior professionals, veterinarians, animal care professionals, and dog lovers who believe progress happens when knowledge is shared, ideas are explored respectfully, and support flows in every direction. In support of this, all APDT International Members attest to practice within these standards and are held accountable by one of the most robust systems of ethics in the profession.

When we learn together, grow together, and hold space for one another’s perspectives, we elevate the profession and create a brighter future for every dog-human team. If there are differing ideas or opinions, we encourage a healthy, respectful and generative conversation so all may learn and grow as a result. APDT International is a hub for information and collaboration, and we accept that progress is born through challenges to ideas. These challenges should be explored without disrespect, harassment, and personal attacks, which can be significantly diminished as we value science over opinion and prioritize data over hearsay.

Let’s keep building this compassionate, science-driven community together — one conversation, one collaboration, and one success story at a time.

Well, it only took half the night in between everybody’s messages and text messages and all that crap. I think I’ve got my Facebook back, the main one that I use all the time. I have no time, and I literally have absolutely nothing nice to say at all about scammers, hackers, anybody who just needs to get out and get a real job
