Apparently they like snow
If they only knew how strange today is going to be for them. Being handled with loving hands, clean skin, not stinky and do much more
You guys are giving our FedEx driver a workout. I can't thank you enough

We have been trying to teach Blessed how to play and gave been introducing him to other dogs to get him past his fear. Billie has definitely brought him out of his shell
Blessed had a good night. I have found his weakness...hamburger. Add a little hamburger and he gets an instant appetite. He is taking his meds like a champ. I can now carefully pick him up without him screaming in pain. And the best news.....he is using his leg! As of now, it looks like, if we can keep the infection at bay, he will be in good shape. He goes back on Friday to have the drains removed and will be reassessed at that time but things are looking SO much brighter today. Many people have asked about donating to help Blessed. His care was funded through our Adam's Legacy Emergency Fund https://www.hospets.org/adams-legacy-emergency-fund.html If you would like to donate, please donate to this fund so that we are able to help more seniors and their pets, like Ida and Blessed

In other news, Niki, the pup here for respite care is having tons of fun with Billie, her pint sized playmate
Would anyone be interested in redesigning the Santa Paws sign up sheet we distribute to the seniors?
Sept Surprise
I will be sharing a couple of the thank you messages we received from a couple of people who received the "September Surprise" Mums. You all really brightened the day for a lot of people. I always say you all are the BEST, but you don't get to hear it very often from the people you help,
